Features full kitchen, spacious rooms, and quiet backyard. Close to Parris Island, Navy Hospital, and Beaufort attractions. Approx. 20 minutes to Hunting Island Beach. 1,482sf home. (Unfortunately, boats cannot be parked in this small, quaint community. )

This property was beautiful, super clean, and close to base. It was a perfect place to stay for a Parris Island bootcamp graduation. It had everything you need to prepare food for your new Marine for family day. I highly recommend it to anyone for graduation!

Everything was great save for 2 issues. When we were on the wifi, we got hacked pretty quick when trying to use Uber eats. Second thing is that the main tub has a very slow drain. Aside from that everything was perfect. We would definitely stay there again if we come to the area.

This was just a GREAT place to stay! Very good location - close to Excellent restaurants in Port Royal - close to downtown Beaufort & Paris Island and more... We loved it here. Loved the area, loved the house! It was so nice and comfortable - we (almost) didn't want to leave to go exploring. It's on a private street on a cul de sac and we felt very safe here. We met the wonderful neighbors next door who so graciously helped us get our car started! We would most definitely stay here again! We had absolutely no problems with anything. The owners were available if needed, but everything was perfect - exactly as described - and it is as lovely as all the pictures show. Again, it is a GREAT place!

This house had everything we needed! Went to see our son graduate boot camp at Parris Island. Everything was fully stocked. Love the rocking chairs on the front porch. Would stay again!

This was a great house for our trip to attend our son's boot camp graduation. It was clean, well-stocked, and easy to access the base. We had a minor issue upon moving in and the owner immediately came over and graciously addressed the issue even though it was after 9 pm when we got there.

I can’t say enough on how awesome this home is! The owners were so great! If we needed anything, we could call them and they were there! The home is clean, modern and wow is the community so kind. It’s a quiet street and everyone greeted us and congratulated our Marine! We recommend this home! It has everything you need! We had family visit as well and they raved at its beauty and amenities!

It was the little extra special touches in this house that made our trip SO enjoyable.
We came here for a Marine Corp graduation. Property easy to find. Great neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. 8 minutes from PI with normal traffic. 3 minutes from the best pizza in town. 5 minutes from the best burgers aroynd. The host provided shampoo, soaps, more towels then guests, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, laundry soap, fully stocked coffee bar,
chocolate candies to eat... i could go on & on about extras. We didn't have to bring any thing. If your coming to PI... stay here!! We loved it.

We visited South Carolina to pick up our new Marine and have a vacation. Our stay was comfortable and without any issues. We would definitely stay again if visiting South Carolina. People in the neighborhood were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Very clean home on a private drive, one of the nicest VRBOs we have rented. Quick access to multiple activities and great communication with the owner. We had a wonderful stay.

The home was clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. Nice walk to a quiet beach filled with shark teeth. We enjoyed the community 4th of July party at the beach.

Everything was wonderful. Home was beautifully decorated, kitchen had everything you would need. We did have a boat and there was an issue with having it at the property. We were able to make it work, just check with Constance if you plan to bring a boat.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Everything needed was supplied with some lovely extras. We enjoyed this so much that this was our second stay and hopefully can return next year!🙂

I absolutely loved this house. It was in a great quiet neighborhood on dead end street.The home was absolutely beautiful and had everything that you needed. It was very clean and beautifully decorated.. Another plus close to everything, and Pet friendly... We will definitely keep this in our trips to go back to. And Mrs Rambo was very easy to work with... cant wait to go back. Debbie,Phil and Lucy Lu...❤️❤️❤️

I really loved this home and the hospitality is top notch. My family and I stayed there over the weekend and had a very relaxing stay. Neighborhood was calm and quiet. Home was well maintained and cleaned. I will definitely be booking this home again.

Very close to Parris Island. We were able to get on and off the Island in just a few minutes. House was in perfect condition.

Everything was perfect! Clean! Everything u would need is there! Only thing I would ask for is a patio door curtain. We loved having a washer/dryer there so that we could wash our clothes, so we didn’t need to pack a lot of clothes! Our 2nd time staying there!! Highly recommend it!!

We had a wonderful trip! Lots of family time with our son who is in the Marines. The house was beautiful, very clean and located in a nice area. There was plenty of room for all of us!

First time ever renting a residence for a vacation stay, and this could not have been more perfect! The most adorable little house that had everything necessary for a wonderful vacation. Super clean, nicely decorated in a cute seaside theme, fully modern, and on a quiet dead-end street where traffic does not come by. Definitely would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Port Royal! This was one of the nicest VRBOs we’ve rented! Clean. Very bright and open. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked. Only wish it came with a golf cart or bikes 🤩

Our friends and family really enjoyed our stay at this new home. We attended the USMC Graduation on Parris Island so this location was perfect. 10 min drive to the island! Nice walk to The Sands. The owner was very easy to communicate with and we had a great stay at this rental. If you are looking for a newer place with a great location try this one!

The house was clean, well stocked and well located. Met several and all were very friendly. Connie and John were outgoing and helpful. John came over on short notice and helped with Wi-Fi problem.

We couldn’t have picked at a better home for our Marine’s graduation. It was well appointed & furnished, super comfortable and squeaky clean. Wonderfully maintained property. Great location, easy 10 minute ride to Parris Island and conveniently located to near by attractions and beaches. Connie has thought of everything and she is an outstanding hostess! We loved bringing our Marine back to this inviting place for his forst good night's rest, in a very comfortable bed for the first time in 13 weeks!
The host is extremely accommodating, responds timely, always available to answer our questions. We enjoyed Sands Beach and the boardwalk, sitting on the porch, relaxing out back and gathered around the family room. A very cozy, spacious space for our family. It was just perfect and deserving of more than five stars!

We stayed here to attend a boot camp graduation ceremony and related festivities on Parris Island. The location could not have been better, but more importantly the cottage was perfect for our family group. It was immaculately clean, well equipped and decorated in a warm and welcoming style. The neighborhood was quiet and the host was the most responsive host we have ever had on a VRBO rental. We highly recommend this home!

My wife and I along with our daughter and my mother stayed here in Port Royal. We stayed the weekend to visit some of the history of Savannah and Charleston. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Constance was friendly and answered questions promptly. Definitely recommend this place and will be back!

We were in SC to attend our sons basic training graduation at nearby Parris Island. This home is perfectly located for this event. The house is exactly as described on the website. We loved staying at this cottage and Connie is absolutely wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to our needs/questions. If your in Beaufort, I highly recommend this property for your stay.

Our stay was perfect. We were close to Base for our son Marine graduation & family day. But we also were able to spend some time at the local beaches and restaurants; which were also really nice.

We stayed for our sons Marine Bootcamp Graduation. The cottage was perfect. Clean and check in was easy. Connie answered promptly with a few issues. We had a storm come through and lost power, but by morning we were good to go. Parris Islamd is 13 minutes away. Very convenient The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this cottage. Thank you Connie for your hospitality.

It was not clean when we first arrived but with one phone call the owners were over there that afternoon cleaning the rug and bringing a whole new bed set. Their communication was great and super friendly people.

We were in Port Royal for our grandson’s graduation at Parris Island. We were within about 15 minutes of MCRD, plus restaurants and shopping within a few miles. Our hostess was very responsive answering any questions we had. Definitely recommend for anyone attending Marine graduation.
