We had 4 families stay for a few nights and it was large enough for everyone to have their own space as well as a sitting area to fit us all. The pool was great size and warm. Some of the Beds seemed older and uncomfortable. We would highly recommend this to others and would stay here again.

The property was great. We loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 14. It was very clean. Lots of space for us to spread out. The pool area was the big hit. I agree with a couple reviews. There was a few things that needed updating, like living room furniture. But it definitely wouldn't keep us from returning. We had a great time and would love to return.

We have three sons, daughter-in-laws and several grandchildren ranging in age from 4-22 years. Each winter we get together and embrace winter. It is a great time reconnect and enjoy family. The location was excellent and the ice fishing was fantastic! Conrad was just outstanding to deal with throughout the entire process!

Overall our group enjoyed our stay. The property is well located, it has plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, and the kitchen is well stocked. However, maintenance problems like a couple of the sleep number beds malfunctioning, none of the pool cues having tips on them, no key for the pool cover, and the pontoon boat and motor being quite dated. It’s very apparent that the place is in significant need of TLC. Would we stay there again.....definitely not.

This place was perfect for our annual family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone. And, of course, the pool is magnificent and was frequented by all.

5 adults and 6 kids. Perfect place for e everyone. Pool was a hit and so was the pool table. Everything we needed and close to grocery store if you forgot something. Only down side was there was only a kitchen table for 6. Loved the property and the home. Saw eagles, ducks, geese and deer. Would love to go back if available.

We had a short 3 night stay and we had such a great time. The rooms were large and each had their own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own temperature control feature. There were plenty of towels for use with the huge indoor pool. The kids had so much fun enjoying their own private pool. There was plenty of seating in the pool area and a bathroom for easy access. We saw many deer walking around and the house is perfectly located close to lots of restaurants and shops. We can not wait to come back and check this place out in the summer.

We had an amazing stay and hope to utilize this property again in the future. The set up is perfect for multiple families. The property matched the listing and although it is a little dated, we didn’t mind! Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens for everyone. Communication with the property manager was easy and effortless. The pool was so nice to have and we were in it most of the weekend. It was winter during our stay so we weren’t outside much, but the scenery was great with deer walking by every night, and there is a great sledding hill! We will definitely be back.

This was the perfect getaway for a MN spring break with the kids. They loved having a pool all to themselves. Would definitely stay here again.

Let me start off by saying WOW!!!! What a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful location, this home has the most comfortable atmosphere. The whole experience was enjoyable. The host provided us nothing short of 100 percent professionalism. A clean and well kept facility Thank you!! I recommend this to anyone wanting to experience a taste of peace and relaxation. The pool helps a lot too!!!!! Thank you again! Look forward to our next stay!!

We went in winter and with having the pool, everyone had something to do to keep themselves occupied. The rooms are big enough if you want some time to just yourself, you have somewhere to go. It is very unique and we just loved it!

Would definitely rent again, pool was a huge hit. Outdoor activities also. Seen a lot of deer moving around at dusk which was awesome to see. Ended up going into town to buy a grill, one in garage wasn’t usable an we planned on grilling for supper one night,no big deal but would suggest maybe have one for future renters.

During the outage(owner) didn't call to see if we needed any assistance, however when we spoke he mentioned that he was busy with all the other VRBO's. This house is not equipped for outages at all. No flashlights, candles, water, clean blankets, no generator and no phone call from the owner or manager. Kitchen is very mismatched with very little serving dishes, or cooking utensils not even a 9x13 pan... Really???
Definitely they need to have better maid service or clean much, much better. There is a hole in the master Bedroom floor, covered with carpet, total trip hazard. I think an honest review is the best. The owner offered us some money back due to having 2 of our 3 days without power, plus not able to use the pool(electric cover)and At $3000. In total not sure that him offering a discount of $250. was really what I wanted. It was more like a slap in the face. P.S. Our stay was 12/16 -18/2022 almost a month ago, still haven't seen my $250.00 refund! Never again!!!

Great spot for our families to escape for a nice winter vacation together! Pool was a bit hit with everyone, nice family room to hang out it together and very responsive owner/maintenance folks for any issues we had.

The pictures are somewhat different than the property. Needs some work. Many of the doors didn’t shut or open well. The caretakers should have cleaned better and ran the iron out of the faucets before we arrived. But we made the best of it, and had a wonderful time.

We stayed at this spacious cabin for Labor Day weekend. Upon arrival, the water pump on our boat stopped working so we weren't able to go boating. Luckily, the cabin had multiple activities to keep everyone busy. The full-size pool was definitely a big hit and was used multiple times throughout the day. Since it was a big college football weekend, it was awesome having so many rooms with TVs to watch the games. We also drove into Crosslake to take advantage of the golf course, local brewery, and restaurants - all were a short distance. The deck provided a quiet relaxing place to have a cup of coffee before we started activities for the day. The deck also provided great views of the two different lakes. When everyone was ready to wind down for the day, the large-screen movie projector provided a great way for everyone to relax before heading to bed. We didn't even have time to use the pool table/ping pong table; however, we did have time to play multiple games of hide and seek with the grandkids. In this big rental, it was definitely hard to find people quickly.
We have stayed at multiple rental places over the years but have never stayed at a place with so many bedrooms that had their own bathrooms. This is a great bonus for those who like their privacy. I have to say one of my favorite parts of the cabin was the amazing shower in the master bathroom. I'm really considering getting one of them installed in my house.
Finally, communication with the owner was amazing. He responded quickly to all our questions. We will definitely consider renting here again.

We spent a week in Coss Lake and it was perfect. The house was a great place to stay and had something for everyone! The boat dock was great for fishing and spectacular views of the lake. The inside pool was a huge hit as well. It was close enough if we wanted to eat out or go shopping, yet equipped if we wanted to cook in. The movie room was also popular while we were there. It was a great place to relax. The views were breathtaking! We would stay there again!

Had some bumps in the road on getting organized with the property manager. While they were quick to respond mistakes in setting up the contract cost me money in renting a pontoon. Location had broken glass (dangerous for kids), really dirty grill (unusable) and neighbors that were not happy about renters and parking. Still had a great time and beautiful location but wouldn’t rent from them again.

After a mix up in arrival information for a different house, housekeeper Cheryl saved the day and got us to the right place and entry codes. The property was spotless on arrival, including the lovely indoor pool. The property is large, with six bedrooms and baths, giving multiple families places to spread out. Very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and two refrigerators are a Godsend for larger groups.

This was a family vacation with my family. My sister and her family (hubby, kids 5, 5 & 7), my family (hubby, kids 14, 15, 15 and 16) and me and my sister's folks (aka grandma and papa).
We've stayed at other home rentals since COVID-19 hit and this was THE BEST, hands-down! Our folks are unable to navigate stairs so we much appreciated the main floor king suite (with attached large closet and multi-spray shower bathroom), right off of the main living area.
Brief background, two of my teens and two of my sister's little's are on the Autism spectrum and family trips tend to be stressful when these kiddos get (oh-so-easily) overwhelmed.
With 6 king-sized bedrooms, each with attached bath, the three adult couples had their own ..the littles' stayed in the same room with their folks/they bring air mattresses for their kids and have to have them in the same room because of the Autism.
Each of my teens had their own king/bathroom except one of my teens who did not get their own king room plus bathroom but was perfectly happy with the upstairs movie room/futon accommodations as it was like his own room at bedtime since all but the littles' turned in together (littles of course turn in earlier than the rest of us).
Things we LOVED! The pontoon boat and the indoor pool!
We rented the pontoon boat and got fishing licenses for Minn. The kids could fish off of the boat dock at any time of day and bring in little crappies or blue-gills to their hearts content (that we would have to throw back because they were little but the kids didn't care, fishing is fun for them when they cast and immediately get a bite almost every-time).
Whenever there was an adult available to captain the boat, so most of the time, we took the kids out to fish and just enjoy a boat ride! They LOVED every minute of it!
We had SO MUCH FUN in the pool! The pool was big enough to allow all kinds of fun for kids, teens, adults, grandparents sitting on the comfortable pool furniture enjoying the jocularity and movies.
We didn't think it was a big deal, but the fact that there were TWO fridges' in the kitchen turned out to be a big deal simply because we cooked all of our meals, purposely had many leftovers so we could fend for ourselves between big meals and also had many, many beverages', mostly milk 2%, more milk whole, and of course water. (we suggest you bring bottled water if you are at all picky about your drinking water. We did not care for the local water).
Enjoy!

Beautiful setting/views on Loon Lake with access to the Whitefish Chain. The pool was a lot of fun for all ages—appreciated on a rainy day. Two refrigerators were helpful. Hosts were great. It was a hot weekend and the AC didn’t quite keep up in the dining/living room. Other areas of the home were comfortably cool. Our family had a wonderful time here!

We reported some things that were broken upon arrival so we don't get blamed. Most minor and didn't ruin our stay. Lovely setting , plenty of room, great pool, and the extra table was so much appreciated. It allowed us to eat together as a family. The terrible storm knocked down several trees. No damage to home or us, but knocked down some firewood for us to burn.

Loved the place! It was perfect for our family, everyone totally enjoyed the pool and the theater room was a great space for settling the kids down with a movie. It is close enough to town if you need to run in for something yet you get to view the lake and watch nature. Watched lots of deer and eagles. Will definitely go back!

This was a very beautiful home, felt like being in a hotel because of the size of the house and the pool actually being larger than some/most hotels. It always goes by too fast m, but such a great location on the lake. The pool was the big hit, we enjoyed it multiple times a day.
