Certamente recomendo este hotel e voltarei a hospedar-me nele, quando retornar a Nova Iorque.

A localização é excelente. Funcionários atenciosos. Adorei as janelas do piso ao tecto que facilitavam a vista Adorei as garrafas de água mineral de cortesia, com reposição diária. Adorei a flexibilidade de fazer check-out pela TV no conforto do quarto.

Não gostei do sinal de internet ser aberto, sem qualquer protocolo de segurança. Não gostei da qualidade do sinal de internet, considerando que desconectava por si várias vezes e dificultou trabalhar com computador. Não gostei de ferro a vapor extremamente antigo e sujo que se encontrava no quarto. Deve ser substituído. Sendo um hotel de 4 Estrelas esperava alguns amenities e não apenas sabonete em barra. O ar condicionado fazia tanto barulho que precisava sempre desligar antes de dormir. Apesar de estar no 19º andar, ainda se conseguia ouvir perfeitamente o barulho das sirenes lá em baixo.

Clean bright rooms near Times Square. Soviet retirement destination.

Great location just south of Times Square. New and very clean rooms with lots of light. Layers of security at the front entrances -- because Times Square has lots of genuinely crazy people.

For a $50 resort fee you don't get a resort, you get a broken bureaucracy. Want potato chips at the bar? You have to go to the snack bar down the hall to get them. You can then pay for them at the front desk but the next morning (morning rules are different, Comrade!) you can't pay for breakfast items from the same snack bar at the same front desk but instead must wait in a 20-minute line for a pint of milk. (Silence, Comrade!) That front desk will give you a margarita coupon which later entices you to try the very noisy bar on the top floor (this is a resort! resorts are loud and noisy! Comrade, aren't you paying attention?!) but the drinks coupon only works on the seventh floor bar -- which is fortunately located near the snack bar where you can return again to plead for potato chips. I never visited a Soviet resort, but now I know the feeling.

Great spot in New York City

Location, next to restaurants, sport bars, shops, Musical, theaters, cinemas, tours ( even the Statue Liberty Tour with the big boats starts close to this hotel !!!!! ) 15 min walk ! The rooms are small but well organised, clean and an excellent view to the lights and shine of New York City life. The lift is nice, decoration is very welcoming. The pool is beautiful, the bar with the DJ and view , wow …. Loved it 😍

Its restaurant was very American, no good food and quality breakfast!!

My stay was great, I enjoyed the Hotel over all. There’s street parking on the weekend so I didn’t have to pay for parki

I love the location , I enjoyed the fact that you don’t have to leave the hotel to get food and drinks . There’s restaurant and bars .

The bar doesn’t have enough drinks selection as well as the food .

Great Location!

Location and on-site bars and restaurants.

Room size. However, use of space and decor was great. Room cleaning needs improvement. (Wash walls, especially in the bathroom, linens that are stained need to be trashed and not used. Please place garage bags in trashcans.)

A quick whirlwind trip to NYC to see a show which was made better by our stay at Margaritaville.

Loved the location - we were in town for a show which was a quick walk to the theater. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room was great. The staff was so friendly.

I didn't know there was valet parking.

Perfect place to stay in midtown.

The hotel was very thoughtfully designed, with every need met. Super clean, comfortable, and delightfully decorated. The location was perfect for us.

Great location. Amazing staff. I’d stay here again!

Location is awesome! Right at the heart of Times Square. The staff were sooooo friendly and accommodating. I love the check out time- 12pm!! Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The elevators took a while as only 3 were in service. The hotel is next to a CBD shop so you can smell it in the lower lobby. It was not pleasant.

We will be back!!

We loved the rooftop bar and choices of restaurants. The decor was fun and modern! Great location we walked everywhere!! Loved it! Hope to come again!

Had to wait for our room to get ready and couldn’t do a late check out, but they did store our luggage safely so we could explore a bit while waiting on each end of our stay!

We had a very nice stay and definitely will be coming back soon

We loved how everything we needed was right there in the hotel and I’m we didn’t have to go out in the cold.

We had trouble trying to connect our phone to the tv to watch movies .

It was ok

Location was good and being able to check out at noon.

The shower was ice cold and we had no hot water for showers. We ended up taking cold showers. Not how we wanted to start our morning.

Everyone was so welcoming & went out their way to speak to us. Restaurant & Bar staff excellent. Margaritas are my favourite drink the extensive menus of them was amazing!! 🫶

Clean, range of bars & view from our room was amazing. Spent a part of Christmas Day just looking at the view taking it all in so to never forget! NYC has my heart!!!

Lovely stay in the heart of the city

I had a beautiful corner room with a view

There was no teapot and no slippers in the room. I am so used to having these in every hotel I go. Maybe it’s different in the States. But I really miss hot water/ tea first thing in the morning and slippers to use around the room. Otherwise it was great experience!

Staff were friendly, room and hotel were clean and a great location.

Room was a little small, struggled to find space for cases, coffee in room wasn't the best, powdered milk saches were a let down.

Hotel was clean, good location, elevators were enough to make me not stay here again.

The rooms were clean and d the staff were pleasant.

The elevators were terrible. Waiting up to 20 minutes which made it difficult. We felt like we could only leave the room when necessary because nobody want to spend our time waiting. We did try the stairs at times however we were on the 28th floor.

Insgesamt alles okay, nur der Preis sehr hoch. Beim nächsten NY-Aufenthalt kein Hotel direkt am TS.

Das Zimmer war hübsch eingerichtet, das Bett bequem. Das Bett wurden jeden Tag gemacht, das Bad täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Personal war freundlich und ansprechbar.

Auch der Fußboden des Zimmers hätte mal gesaugt/gereinigt werden können. Da wir sechs Tage dort waren, hatten wir entsprechend viel Gepäck, das ließ sich schlecht verstauen; bspw. gab es auch keine Garderobe, um die Jacken aufzuhängen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist mäßig; aber es ist wohl allgemein ein Problem in New York, dass die Zimmerpreise sehr, sehr hoch sind.

Great hotel in great location.

Location perfect for sightseeing. Room was small as expected in NY but beautifully furnished and super clean, no complaints. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great choice of bars for food and drinks if you wanted to stay in the hotel after a long day exploring New York. Great sunset views from rooftop bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere in the hotel with videos and music in the elevators.

Sometimes a long wait for an elevator from our room level 26.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff

Rooms were very small. There was no microwave anywhere at the facility, so my daughter who has a lot of food allergies couldn’t heat up the food she could have.

Regret having spent our money on this hotel experience

We liked the rooftop bar, even though the service could use a lot of improvement. The room was comfortable and clean. Some may consider this location as centric, which is good if you love the lights, crowds, and activity of the Times Square area. There are multiple ways to move around in public transportation, with a subway station just a few steps away.

We could go on for pages! So, we will just include the most relevant aspects of our stay. First, the price per room per night is over-inflated, even for a property located in the Times Square area. Hotels in the area offer much better service, even at the 5-star level. The front desk staff lacked the most basic customer service skills, to the point of being rude. At the time of checking out, we left our room, and approached the front desk and there wasn't anyone there - after knocking on doors and walking back and forth looking for someone to check us out, one man showed up - from the smell emanating from his clothes, it was obvious he had gone out to smoke some weed. In fact, more than one staff member had the same stinking smell. Unfortunately, we also noticed drug dealers right in front of the entrance of the hotel selling weed and other stuff. It got worse late at night, to the point where it felt uncomfortably dangerous. We are usually very tolerant of the imperfections in service one may find when we travel. However, at $500+ per night, I would never recommend anyone to pay for this kind of experience.
