The food was excellent value for money

Booking .com not listening to people, you asked me if i had any special needs , i asked for a lower ground floor as i have mobility difficulties, i was booked into room nine with over 150 steps to climb, i had to end my 14 night holiday after 5 nights due to not being able tomanage the stairs , you did ask me if i had any special needs and totaly ignored me when I told you of my needs , my booking became your top priority over my needs , i will not use booking.com again or recomend your business

We liked this place, because it's really close to the sea (10 minutes stroll with children and baby carriage), but not in the crowdy place, the price is reasonable and the apartment looks good. We lived on the top floor in incredibly big apartment with huge balcony and nice view. The swimming pool is bid and very clean. We went to Mochos village, recommend, it's only 15 minutes from the apartment, it's really beautiful place. Thanks to Stefania, she did everything to make our stay in this place comfortable and pleasant.

For us it could be more comfortable to have dish washing liquid and the sponge in the apartment.

Nice pool, hotel was relatively clean. When we did see the staff they were very friendly and helpful.

Only saw the staff for one day, bar was never open, no WiFi, room wasn't what was stated as we were advertised a roof balcony but this wasn't what we received. Didn't take card payments for the stay. Hotel was further away from the town/beach than we thought.
