An amazing outdoor bar area for relaxing, listening to music, & enjoying great food. We have a pool table, propane grill and outdoor TV for the perfect getaway. A unique Miami vibe yet relaxing enough for the entire family. This home features a modern kitchen equipped with everything you will need. Working from home? We got you covered with free WIFI, the perfect modern desk and seating area. Just 5 min to the beach , 10 min to the Hard Rock Hotel. *Please note our home is protected with security cameras along the outside of the premises for your safety. Dishwasher is currently not working. Pool is cleaned on Tuesdays :)

Overall, the stay was fantastic. Vanessa was super responsive, very helpful, the whole way through. Ample space for everyone and in a quiet neighborhood! We truly had a great time!

We enjoyed this beautiful home. Vanessa, the home owner was extremely responsive to all of our questions. The home was immaculate and spacious for all six of us. Our favorite part of the home was the outside bar and patio area. We can’t wait to book another trip soon!!

From check-in to check-out, it was amazing and smooth. Before, talking about the rental i want to make it known that the host, Vanessa Gonzalez was beyond great; from welcoming to resourceful. Rental: The cleanliness was to par and the pictures advertised are accurate. I traveled with a 1yo and 3yo and there was a park across the street which made it extra convenient. The pool was clean and host had accessories for pool. Kitchen and toiletries were stocked ✅. Overall, the host and rental deserve more than a 5 star rating. Thank you, Vanessa ❤️

This was a great property for our family vacation. It was a great location for doing things up and down the coast, and activities from Ft Lauderdale to Miami were within a decent travel time. The pool is excellent, and the outside area was a perfect place to unwind at night. We would recommend this property to anyone.

We booked this property because of the pool which did not disappoint. The pool guy came out a couple times during our stay to keep the chemicals on point and the water clear. We really appreciated the attention to the pool maintenance. The outdoor area was fun, the kids enjoyed the mini pool table and even allowed the adults a shot or two. Overall, a good location away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to the beach and excellent restaurants. Down sides included the refrigerator had a broken drawer, and the dishwasher was noted not to work in the listing. The master bathroom toilet seat wouldn’t stay up so when the guys needed to use the restroom they had to hold the seat up. Also, the outdoor pool loungers and chairs are at the end of their life where the plastic seems very worn, and the metal is rusty and discolored. Many of the pool accessories were torn and broken as well. We were glad we brought a few pool toys of our own and our own goggles. Overall we would recommend the house though.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Vanessa was a great host and even allowed us to check in early which was a plus! The house and pool was clean and looked exactly like the pictures online. Stores and attractions were close by and there’s a playground and tennis court directly across the street. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Perfect little getaway house! Would book again.

This home was extremely clean which is a huge plus for me. The home owner was quick to respond to Qs throughout our visit. She even came by to give us some laundry pods. The oven is tricky, it works, but you have to follow some pretty clear instructions to be able to use it, which we did. But it took some getting used to. The owner provided a video, which helped. The dishwasher didn't work, so we were washing dishes daily and using paper plates. One of the smoke detectors was chirping like the battery was dying at bedtime, so we took it down. The home owner said another detector had an issue. Maybe they all need to be replaced. The pool table outside is falling apart. The legs of it are disintegrating. So it's uneven and short. You can't play a normal game of pool. The kids had fun rolling the balls from one corner to the next. There are plenty of beach towels, but not quite enough normal bath towels for 3 bedrooms. The master shower is awesome, with 2 shower heads and some insane water pressure. Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The home is comfortable and modern. We wished we could stay longer.

From start to finish our stay was flawless. Vanessa even let us check in an hour early. The home is pristine, the pool was very clean and loved by all. Vanessa was very quick to respond to all our inquiries and even offered to drop off a hair dryer because we didn’t think to bring one. We will definitely stay here again if we visit the area. Super close to the airport which is a little noisy when you’re outside but the home is nearly soundproof inside.

Vanessa's home is so close to the Fort Lauderdale airport, the beach, and just far enough away from Miami. I had a wedding to attend in Miami and rented Vanessa's spot to stay out of the chaos and have a nice retreat. We spent evenings in the pool, cooked every meal at home, and cozied up on the wide couch for movies and relaxing. The space was cozy but still large, with plenty of room. Would definitely stay in this home again!

We had a great time at Vanessa’s house. Everything was perfect, the pool area with the great outdoor bar and nightlights, the nice rooms, spacious and well decorated, even a separated area for my husband’s home office. Nice details and good maintenance. Vanessa was available for any doubt and our stay was really enjoyable. Definetly a perfect place to stay with family or friends when visiting Miami.
