Hands down my pick when I travel to Goulburn for work regularly. Perfect if you need a home away from home, with kitchen and space to work from. Cannot fault this place.

It’s very rare to find a property that offers complete package. I loved everything about this place, location, spacious parking, well-sized unit, fully-equipped kitchen (yes! it literally has everything! even a rice cooker, baking sheets, baking pan, foil, etc), bathroom, and washing machine/dryer. It felt like home.
Nothing! Though I’ve got one recommendation, the bed mattress is a bit soft for me, I’d recommend a medium-hard mattress to fit all sorts of needs :)

The space was lovely and used really well. The hosts were also fantastic, touching base early with us and very helpful and available if we needed them.

The accommodation was well furnished.
Lots of lovely pictures, nice red chairs.
Good central location, easy to find.
Close to shops and main street.
Easy code access entry. Good feel upon initially entering accommodation.
Sadly, there were things that were missed that let the accommodation down.
Detail to hygiene/cleaning properly. Stove top was dirty. There was the back of an earring left on the dining room table in a tray.
I could not see a hand towel not supplied, I went to look for one in the vanity, it was dirty with hair and soap residue on top of the vanity door. Kettle was quite rusty on the base. (Since been replaced I've been informed by owner) Flyscreen off a window at main entry, left sitting next to window waiting to be replaced. (I understand that they're waiting for a handyman to come.) I spoke with Aunt of the owner who was caring for the property and let her know these few issues before I left. Both her and the owner said I should have let them know and they would have come in and rectified the issues. I was there for a rest. At nearly $200.00 for the night, my view is that these are things that should have been part of a standard clean in readiness for arrival not something to address once guest has arrived.
Aunty acknowledged she'd forgotten about the earring and hand towel. She was busy mowing lawns and care taking another accommodation on the same property.
Some of the things I didn't notice immediately eg kettle - I only used the following morning.

Great shower and kitchen. Comfy chairs and heating options. We met Anette on arrival, she was very friendly. We found the apartment clean thank you! The booking arrangement was prompt. Finally, thank you for more than one heating option!!
It was a very windy day and the outdoor sensor light kept coming on and off all night! The sash windows rattled and the mattress was way too soft! The sheets and electric blanket were lovely thank you.

Well appointed apartment, centrally located to amenities, eg. cafes, shops, clubs.
My husband & I are an older couple & found the bed too soft, offering little support for our backs. We favour a firm mattress, however other people may prefer a soft mattress.

The bathroom, the fact the clock didn’t work, the moisture on the walls and floor in the toilet, the light not working in the chandelier in the bedroom

We liked the location itself coz it’s couple of metres away from the road and parking’s very convenient.
We also appreciated the clothes washer in the unit and all the other complimentaries.
The bed was too soft, but this is not a major comment. Just so happened that my partner and I are not fans of soft mattresses.

How accommodating the host was with a late check in. Quality of the accomodation was fantastic.

Location was great. Quiet and we'll presented apartment. Everything there we needed for a comfortable stay. Furnishings were lovely. Kitchen well equipped. Love the old world charm of the place.
Would have liked to have wifi included. Maybe the bed is getting near replacement. Was still acceptable however. Toilet seat lid needs attention. It kept dropping forward when sat on.

rather high price per night, had to ring up in dark to get key code, no garage for car, rough path, scary entrance, no proper street number, did not look like better end of town.

It’s been renovated, and the decor is lovely.

Comfy bed.
The condensation was next level. Dripping off the ceilings onto our heads and down the walls like a waterfall, and made the bedding feel damp.
The apartment didnt seem to warm up to a cosy level, the heater kept turning off, apparently a safety feature- yet the room was still really chilly.
No exhaust in the bathroom, so had to shower with the window open on a 8 degree day.
Would probably be a lovely place to stay in the warmer months , but I’d give it a miss in the winter, especially at this price point. For this price you expect comfort, warmth and water not to drip on your head.

Very modern and clean. Close to everything and within walking distance to the Main Street and has parking which is always a plus.
The walls became dewy after having the heater on for awhile. Other than that, nothing.
