Cozy cottage, great place to unwind. We stayed overnight for a short getaway and loved it. We felt right at home and it has a nice view.

My husband and I simply needed a quiet weekend away to sleep, talk without disruption, not watch cartoons, and recharge... this little cottage provided the perfect atmosphere for that!

We really enjoyed our stay here, we only live an hour away so this was just a nice getaway for the weekend to sit back and relax!! Definitely recommend staying here, we will make future plans to revisit for sure!!

The cabin interior was super clean and cozy! This was the perfect spot to get off the grid for a couple days, although we still had cellular service and the wifi worked great. ;) The interior layout is very effective for a small(ish) cabin. Perfect for two people.

The cabin was just as advertised. I am picky about clean rentals and this cozy cabin did not disappoint. Kelly was awesome! We rented the pontoon and it was a great lake day! Definitely the peaceful, short get-away we needed. The bed was super comfy!

Property was very nice perfect for a get away for 2! Wouldn’t recommend if going to fish unless you had a boat but beautiful sights from the yard and relaxing home away from home.

The property was just as described and location was wonderful. It was my husband and I for Memorial day weekend and it was a perfect little two bedroom to enjoy the long weekend. The interior looks as if it's just been renovated. The bathroom is wonderful, giant soaker tub which I highly recommend. The outdoor deck was perfect for coffee in the morning, board games in the afternoon and grilling in the evening. Kelly is an incredible host and really thought about all the special details. Things that stood out to me that she leaves for her guests are a s'mores station, all the condiments in the fridge (no need to pack your own like we did), makeup wipes, ibuprofen, laundry stuff...she really thought through all the details! She was incredibly responsive. We also rented her pontoon boat for the day and it was great!
Would highly recommend this location and we hope to come back again soon!

I would give this higher than 5 stars if it would let me. This property is so well maintained and clean. This is one if if not the nicest bookings we've stayed at. We will be staying here again in the future. Thanks.

The house was great! Perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple. Unfortunately a major wind storm hit on our first morning and the power went out so we left a day early. But the owner was very nice and communicated with us very promptly. Would absolutely return!

Adorable cottage in such a peaceful setting. Our favorite place was the deck for amazing sunset view and lots of wildlife seen and heard. Very comfortable bed. Lots of extra touches.

Very nice, quiet property
We enjoyed our weekend getaway. The cottage is setup with everything needed, just bring food. Super quiet area this time of year, which is just what we were looking for. Great river view and plenty of parks to explore nearby.

We arrived after dark and there was a light on so we didn't need to enter a dark home. I mentioned it was our anniversary trip and the owner had left a beautiful card and flowers for us. The house was exactly as pictured and as expected. There was some building happening on the next property but it made no difference to us. The front deck and rest of the large property were just what we wanted.

Overall it was ok
Overall it was nice. The dishes weren't very clean. It was very cold that weekend and we were cold...it was a bit pricey for a small place...but the property manager got 5 stars!

The cottage has beautiful lake views from literally every room (as well as the porches) except the bathroom (there you can watch the stars @ night) from the soaking tub ❤️✌️…moving on to the inside, it’s so lovely. Everything has been thought out here (by the owner 🥳🤩) very well. There’s not much I would change (height of the commode needs 👆& a roof covering the back deck would make it 10 💫’s 😉. That being said…It was “simply heavenly” to stay there. Thank you for sharing your cottage with me 🥰 I loved every minute!

Loved the quiet and quaint aspects of the property. Very well stocked with supplies in the bathroom and items in the kitchen. Wi-fi worked great in the house.

The communication was wonderful from the start, check in process was simple and quick, location was close and easy to get to yet felt like you were in the middle of nowhere. I cannot speak highly enough about this property and location. The house was clean, cute and fully stocked. The Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake were perfect, the fire pit area was great and lit up so cute, and the patio was wonderful as well. Also, I left a pair of earrings there and Kelly was mailing them to me the same day! Best Vrbo hosts I have ever had. Will be back!!!

Perfect Relaxing Getaway
Beautiful setting and relaxing vibe, secluded neighborhood with lake and sunset views from the comfy deck. Easy access to some good hiking and nature centers. House is very clean and cozy. We hope to return!
