Nestled in East Nashville, this attractive house for £168 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our home is a gorgeous two-story build in hip East Nashville. This four-bedroom beauty has plenty of space for you to spread out and enjoy your vacation. The home is accompanied by a very large front and backyard perfect for large family gatherings and activities. The main floor is also spacious with sleek new appliances. Our mattresses are super comfy and will be perfect after a long night. We are conveniently located near the Music City Convention Center, Nissan Stadium, and Bridgestone Arena. The space The house is multiple levels with ample bedding for large groups and families. It sits on a sizable piece of land just outside of the city which is very rare. The kitchen has all steel appliances and is stocked with basic cooking supplies, dishes, and a coffee maker. The living room is warm and cozy with a floating flatscreen TV over the mantle. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. We will send you the access code by website messenger with the entry instructions. The beds were great and there was plenty of space to hang out, even with a large group. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Property owner communicated well and responded quickly. The only negative was that the grass was fairly long so we couldn't really use the back yard. It looked like it hadn't been cut for a while.

We were a group of 9 ladies in town for the weekend for a Bachelorette Weekend. Nothingntoo wild or crazy, because we're all old, lol. But we were spending most of our time out and about. So the house was perfect for what we were looking for! It has plenty of space and beds, as well as couches. We had bed space for everyone and didn't need to use the couches. The beds were comfy and the pillows were amazing! The owners put adorable Mr. & Mrs. Pillow covers on the pillows on the bed in the downstairs master bedroom. Super cute! ... Everything was pretty clean, the floors could have used a mop over, but it just looked like people were wearing shoes inside. Not a big deal to us. ...The WiFi password wasn't posted online or in the house, so we had to ask the owner's through the app. They got back to us first thing the next morning, so all good there. I'm sure they'll have it online from now on, so prob not an issue anymore. ... It's a cute remodel in an older neighborhood that is up and coming in East Nashville. They have a few spots that maintenance is still finishing up on on the walls. But the owners rest assured their maintenance would have them touched up soon. ...we didn't use the backyard, but it is huge and fenced in. ...Lots of cute restaurants near by, check em out! ...all and all, I would definitely suggest this house for a fun weekend or week with friends.

The images in the ad were amazing. However, upon arrival, we saw very quickly that the images did not match the property. The grass had not been mowed in quite some time. The screen door was ripped. The backyard looked like no one had cleaned it up from the last renters. The inside was not cleaned very well. There was a ton of dust under the couches (wooden floors), trash behind the dresser in one of the bedrooms, the toilets were dirty, the tabletop in the dining room was filthy, and the smoke alarm was sitting inside the front door with the batteries hanging out. The electricity was sketchy in the upstairs bedrooms. Unfortunately, on the last night, we even saw cockroaches.
