The hotel rooms were terrible. I had to change my room 3 times. Upon check in I was provided a dirty and used room which was changed to a twin bed room which had a broken chair, no towels, no soap and many other problems. The room was changed again the next night and this room was smelling of cigarette smoke. Overall very poor conditions.

Everything in the hotel needs an upgrade. Overall the stay was not at all comfortable.

Staff charged us for early check in on 7th May and said it wont come in their audit, also breakfast was not great for the money we paid, very less options

They are very friendly. Specially Naven from F&B he is really great. He helped me to learn about this city and everything he could. Also tejja he is really nice. They do speak Hindi English and bangla as well which is really helpful for clients.

Comfortable, clean rooms. They upgraded us to the highest tier on arrival without charging, which was very nice of them. Polite staff. Couldn’t sample the breakfast as we checked out very early in the morning.

Great soundproofing, uncongested space, plenty of room to move around the hotel especially in a city like Bangalore where real estate is a premium. Loved the beds for its firmness, Aircons worked flawlessly, easy to hail Uber rides and there's a convenience store right next door. An adjacent hotel had a restaurant with amazing Hyderabadi Biryani. Great cocktails/mocktails in the bar. Big shout out to Ahmed the Duty Manager who gave us a free room upgrade, gave me expert recommendations on how to get around in Bangalore and took care of all last-minute requests.

Breakfast was ridiculous as we wanted cold cuts, some nice cheese, boiled sausages, soft partially cooked scrambled eggs with veggies and mushrooms, fresh fruit bowl and juices, instead there's an overwhelming selection of South Indian dishes. In all fairness they tried but couldn't get it right until we gave up on breakfast and ordered in from local delis. To our dismay they were sometimes running short on supplies like white bread (for club sandwich) and even coffee on the last day. Furniture, doors and carpets are end of life and time to change. Housekeeping was disappointing as toilets were not cleaned well but then again toilet fittings need an overhaul.
