Great location! Roomy and comfortable! Easy walking to metro. We just needs to be better stocked with supplies. Neighbors were so friendly!

We had 2 teenagers and 3 adults for our 7 day trip. There was plenty of seating and space for all on the main floor and the beds were comfortable (if you like memory foam like I do) on the top floor. We rented a car for the week, but the Metro station less than a mile away was amazingly convenient. We barely used the car, and were happy there was plenty of free parking around the condo. The property manager was easily accessible our entire trip and we had no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend the Urban Oasis to anyone looking to take in all of DC! Thanks!

Wonderful and quick response from Allen saved our vacation! This is a very quiet neighborhood and the home was extremely comfortable ( including beds and couch) and very clean. Allen accommodated our party at the last minute after a disastrous situation at another home. And he was always available if we needed anything! And Very close to metro ..we would love to return again.

From the beginning I was harassed by the host Allen. He continued to ask for more money after I paid for the trip. Tried to cancel before I stayed at the property but I was reminded that I would loose 1/2 of what was already paid...Fast fwd to arrival. There was a vehicle parked in the garage, but we were told we would have access to it. When I inquired about the vehicle I was told it could not be moved at the time and it stayed there throughout my stay (So much for having access to a garage as advertised)...The house looked like it had been patched back together, with terrible drywall work and painting. The floors were scratched, the shower door in the master wouldn't close, had to take a shower with door open, cat food in the kitchen. Not much of a selection of pots to cook with, kitchen table unbalanced, carpet looks old. Bed in master practicly sits on floor(very bad for my back), Back door handle wasn't secure needs to be replaced or screwed on securely, some of the windows wouldn't open, Hot water didn't last long (Might want to invest in a tankless waterheater)....I would also like to mention the behavior of the host. While there he proceeded to take photos and speak to my family members through his Ring doorbell (Very creepy! Also VRBO advertises that you have privacy when you book with their host..LIE!)..Trip ends, get back home and 2 weeks later get an email from the insurance company that I purchased travel insurance with and was informed the host ALLEN had filed a claim on it for "Floor Repair" in the amount of $1400!! I tried reaching out to the insurance company via phone call and email but have not heard from anyone...I also contacted Vrbo 3x throughout this whole ordeal. No one there seems to care that my experience was awful and very stressful...I feel like I might need to take some sort of legal actions... This was the WORST experience I've ever had with VRBO and their host(s)..

If your looking for a safe and enjoyable place to stay this is the place. This home has all the bells and whistles. Easy access to places to visited and neighborhood is clean and quiet. Clean towels, linen and all the kitchen supplies are there. And the best part is the communication from the management who will make sure all your needs are filled. They are great host and look forward to coming back next summer!!!!

I Highly recommend this Beautiful home. The area is very safe and we were not far from all the main attractions. We felt as if we were home. Mr & Mrs Lucas made sure their home was Cleaned. No need for anyone to bring towels, sheets and cookware everything is supplied even Coffee our favorite. If you come to Washington D.C. or fly into Dulles or BWI stay here you won't be disappointed. Thank you our stay was EVERYTHING
