Welcome to Seascape Point! Perfectly situated at the end of a quiet block, this stunning property juts out into the Atlantic Ocean to offer amazing water views from every angle. Its incredible location next to a nature preserve provides you with additional privacy and daily sightings of exotic, tropical birds. The spacious layout of the house consists of 2 floors which are not connected inside. Each floor has its own living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom (total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The bottom floor features a small kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker, while the top floor has a complete, stunning kitchen that opens into the living area — making it the perfect space for entertaining! The two floors are private with separate entrances and are connected by an exterior staircase, making it ideal for groups that want to vacation together but still have their own space. Both floors are updated with modern appliances, bathrooms, and luxury finishes throughout. Relax on the second floor porch that wraps around the entire back and sides of the house with its unique glass railing, providing completely unobstructed views, or enjoy the ocean breeze under the shade of the large tiki hut in the backyard. High tide brings stunning views of the expansive Atlantic Ocean, while low tide transforms the landscape into a natural paradise where tropical birds walk around the exposed sandy flats. Enjoy a gorgeous new pool and spa (hot tub) completed in March 2022. Pool heating is available for an additional charge of $300 per week. Please notify us at least 1 week in advance of your scheduled check-in date if you'd like to add pool heating to your stay. On-premise private docking with over 50' of sea wall. Seascape Point's oceanfront location provides immediate access to your favorite boating activities. A well marked channel immediately behind the property gets you into open waters within minutes. The boat channel is approximately 3' deep at low tide. Fishing and kayaking are good right off the house. For swimming in clear, blue water we recommend Sombrero beach, Bahia Honda, Sunset Park Beach or taking a boat to a sand bar. For snorkeling and diving you will need a boat to access the nearby reefs. Despite its quiet and private location, Seascape Point is conveniently located less than a mile from Sombrero Beach, a short 4 minute drive to Publix (grocery store), and close to many local seafood restaurants and other fine dining establishments. Cable and Wi-Fi are provided for your enjoyment. City of Marathon Vacation Rental License VACA-21-232. Per City regulations, a maximum of 10 occupants are allowed regardless of age. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.

We enjoyed our week at Seascape Point. From the cleanliness of the house to check in, accuracy of the online representation to the responsiveness of the property manager, this was a dream vacation. We loved the privacy, yet we were within walking distance to Sombrero Beach, close to grocery shopping, restaurants, Crane Point, the Turtle Hospital, etc. The hot tub and pool were amazing, the spectacular views were ever-changing with the tides. Great area to enjoy the games provided. Fun time kayaking (rented), fishing & crabbing! And the bird watching was awesome! A must do.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seascape Point! The view was amazing! The house was perfect for our two families! It was clean
and had just what we needed. Even had bug spray and sunburn gel :)) Althought we weren't far from other houses, we loved that it felt a little more private. We would like to come again!

The house is exactly as advertised-great amenities and pool/hot tub are nice. Dock was great for boat rental - water access was interrupted by sea grass but boat got us out away from that. Property manager was nice and responsive to questions. The two levels was not an issue for us traveling with two teens and grandparents.

The house was perfect and the outdoor area was amazing. The bugs were terrible and sea grass was nasty but that is just nature.

This house is gorgeous and very private. The views from were incredible. The house was very clean and had all the amenities one would need. My family fished off the dockside every day and night. The pool area is so beautiful. I loved spending time on the back deck with the beautiful glass railing. The owner Yeilany was very helpful. We would definitely go back here for another week.

This house is in a beautiful, private spot on the water. Views are amazing, fishing off dock and kayaking were incredible. Kids caught snook, barracuda, mangrove snapper, Jack crevalle off dock; we saw tarpon and nurse sharks right under kayak.
Pool is very nice, though a tiny bit small/shallow for older kids.
It’s overall a great place, though a few things to be aware of. The 2 floor layout is awkward for families. My husband and I had to stay on separate floors to make sure kids with an adult since doors open to the road. Also, though the kitchen is very well equipped, there is no outdoor eating area, so all meals have to be eaten inside. Tiki hut would be a great spot for an outdoor dining table.

This house is amazing. The views from all vistas were incredible. The location was private and quiet.The pool and hot tub was perfect. The Tiki hut was very comfortable with plenty of seating. We spend our early mornings and evenings on the second level deck, again very comfortable with great views. The house was well stocked and very clean. On our second day the host/property owner reached out to me to make sure everything was okay, and provided me with his cell number in the event we needed something, thankfully we didn't everything was perfect. We loved it so much we've book two weeks for next year.

My sisters, brother, spouses and I all shared this beautiful home for 2 weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is just as beautiful as the photos. The upper deck is a great spot to watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee. The kitchen is very well stocked with good quality appliances, tableware, glassware and anything you might possibly want to use. Sombrero Beach is a mile down the road. We rented a tandem Hobie kayak one afternoon which was great fun. We spent a lot of time by the pool, playing corn hole, and relaxing. It’s a great spot to escape winter. Our one suggestion: add a railing to get into the hot tub and pool. We moved the umbrella pole right next to the hot tub steps for something to hold onto.

First off we would want to thank our hosts Yeliany and Evelio for being very kind and helpful. Only a couple of questions and their response was so quick. As for the house, it met our expectations and even more. Beautifully decorated, well set up and spacious for all 8 of us. Most beautiful views of the water and greatest sunrises. The location was so private with the preserve on one side and water in front. Felt like we were on our own private resort even though stores and restaurants were only a few minutes away. I truly would love to return one day. Thanks to our hosts once again

I cannot say enough about the beauty of this home. Faces the ocean and there is a nature preserve next to it which makes it very private (and if anyone is a bird watcher, lots of amazing birds to watch!). The house is immaculate and has good amenities including a beautiful pool and hot tub. Close to the grocery stores, restaurants and shops. The host was fantastic - very communicative and even found something we left behind and let us know. Cannot wait for a return visit!

If you think this property looks dope from the pictures, wait until you see it in person. The tiki hut, pool/hot tub, and view make for great outdoor hangs. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Yeilany reached out early on to make sure we had everything that we needed, and was quick to respond to our questions and needs.
This house has all of the vibes of a slightly more remote location, but it's less than 5 minutes to two grocery stores and other amenities.
This was my first visit to the Keys, and here's the advice I needed: be sure to bring your bug spray of choice for those less breezy days. The no-see-ums can be brutal! My only recommendation for the owners is to stock some sort of fan for the tiki hut area to deter the bugs when there isn't a lot of airflow.

We did a family vacation and couldn’t ask for a better property to stay at. House worked so well for the seven of us. Having the downstairs apartment worked out well and couldn’t get enough of the view. Very clean inside and out! Would definitely recommend and would definitely rent again.

It’s a new concrete pool and very rough so everyone had scraped and beat up feet after a few days. Kids wore socks in pool but swim socks would be helpful! The pool heating was also tricky and they are still working out kinks on the new system. The sauna was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out at night! It can be very windy as it is on a point so definitely bring pants and sweatshirt if not during the heat of the summer. When the wind died down the biting midges could be bad so definitely bring spray. That’s not specific to this property, but to Florida in general. FYI- there are beach chairs, umbrella, noodles and 2 fishing poles in laundry room. My only suggestion for owners would be maybe a ladder off the dock.
Overall we had an amazing week and we couldn’t believe how beautiful and clean the property was! I would highly recommend!

Yeilany and her husband were very responsive and accommodating! Easy check in and check out process. FYI- the floors are not connected on the inside, only outside stairs, which we didn’t realize. We have young children but luckily we had older children on that floor as well.

Spring Break
The house was beautiful and can’t beat the views! The recently completed pool and spa were incredible and we enjoyed jumping in after a day out on the water. The owner was great to work with and she kept us informed all throughout the construction of the pool. The house was perfect for us and we would highly recommend the house and the owner. We look forward to returning in the future.

Marathon Getaway
Our family had a lovely time staying here. Yeilany and Evelio were great hosts. They were readily available and answered all of our questions. The house was spotless and so easy to find things. The views were breathtaking and we enjoyed the pool and spa after a long day sightseeing. It was also nice to have a house with separate entrance so our friends could stay but have their space and privacy too. We will definitely come back again. Thanks for everything, Yeilany & Evelio!

It looks pretty much brand new, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Well stocked and has lots of nice extras for guests to use. The location is fantastic a mile from Sombrero Beach. Lots of public walkways and convenient to a tons of restaurants and shops. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly to messages. My family and I had a wonderful vacation here.

Tropical Paradise!
This house makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise!
It looks pretty much brand new, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Well stocked and has lots of nice extras for guests to use. The location is fantastic a mile from Sombrero Beach. Stunningly beautiful, private, and quiet!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape Point. You cannot beat the privacy and beauty - the house sits on a point, with expansive open water views of the Atlantic. On the far right of the home, there is a low-traffic canal and the left side of the home is a nature preserve. We spent many hours on the balcony and under the tiki hut on the comfortable outdoor furniture. The inside of the home is updated with top quality items from sharp knives to soft towels. The kitchen has everything you need. We stayed with our adult children which made having a separate apartment in the lower level a real plus. It allowed them to have their own space. Both levels offer amazing views of the water. Between the two living levels, the wrap around balcony, and the tiki hut, there is plenty of space to spread out. The beds are very comfortable. One of the best parts of this rental are the hosts. They truly care about their guests and work hard to assure a happy vacation. We 100% recommend this rental - you won't be disappointed! We cannot wait to return!

It was so clean, fresh and very welcoming! It was perfect, my mother is disabled and it is hard to find a lot of homes that have access for her, she was able to stay on the bottom unit but still felt included and had great access to the outdoor activities. The tiki hut is perfect for the evening get togethers, and to enjoy the ocean view! The property was so beautiful you almost do not want or need to leave for anything, but it is close enough to enjoy surrounding activities such as the turtle hospital and the aquarium. Local restaurants were great! Our host Yeilany was amazing and very attentive. We loved everything about this property and would definitely return!

Perfect place for our boat. Loved watching the boats come in and out of the channel. Plenty of space on this lot. Very peaceful. Our guys caught fish from the sea wall. We took our boat out to the Sand bar. So worth the trip to the sand bar. Overall we had a blast.
