The house was spacious and nicely set up. It is about a one min walk to the beach which was usually very quiet. The two king beds up top gave the adults some space from the kids (or maybe that should be the other way around). The kitchen was nicely stocked and the views from the house were great. We loved our time there and had a great vacation.

The living space is lovely and access to the beach is wonderful.
The downstairs air conditioning and elevator didn’t work for the entire time we were there. Brook and Chris were very nice and offered us a partial refund, but if the elevator is vital for a member of your party, I would verify that it is operational before your stay.

First 3 days were backhoe and a line of dump trucks 5:30 a.m - 5p.m one day longer because they pulled a powerline. Our view was blocked by the backhoe and equipment. I feel we paid to much money to not fully enjoy our view. We have stayed on Topsail for the pass 6years....this was different.

This location was perfect for our family! It was the BEST location, brand new with plenty of space for our family of adult kids as well as parents and grandparents.

Great house only steps to the ocean. No reason to leave except to go to the beach. We truly enjoy our stay.
