Flooded with natural light and open plan living the home is a showpiece of character and class featuring spotted gum floors, sisal carpets and louvered shutters. The main gourmet kitchens (1 of 3) has a 5 metre Calcutta marble bench and Smeg appliances is a centre piece of the vast living area which flows out to a European style alfresco courtyard. The upper level also features 3 bedrooms including a palatial master suite, family bathroom with spa bath and a second living/rumpus area which spills out to a large entertaining deck with gas heated pool and spa. Downstairs the cleverly configured 2 zoned floorplan caters for guests and family with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, a kitchen and laundry facilities. The property also features, hydronic heating, full air conditioning, gas fireplace, Castlemaine rock on external walls. Plenty of room for the entire extended family ! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a great space with plenty of rooms but really needs some further touches to make it usable for us. Firstly, the pool and spa were not heated and we couldn't get them working even with assistance, this was a great disappointment to our guests and we had to refund them some money due to it.The dishwasher door is so heavy that it is a safety hazard for people to open. It crashes down very heavily.There were no tongs or enough cooking utensils for a house that size. There was not nearly enough cooking pans baking dishes to use. We had to buy our own.The owners should supply more dishwashing tablets and cleaning clothes. And they should have these things in all the kitchens.There was no hand soap in all bathrooms.The downstairs bathrooms were not accessible as the doors opened inwards and a shower chair was very difficult to get in it.

It is even bigger than it appears in the photos - it has lots of space for a big group to spread out and not be on top of each other. It’s a great location super close to the Main Street in Sorrento, which we loved, as well as very close to the ferry terminal.
