Only 2 miles from the village, with an easy close by trolley stop just outside the complex. Beach cart, umbrella, cooler, beach toys and towels provided for your convenience! Look no further. If traveling with multiple families, other condos available so you can all be close together at same private beach. Ask me! One bedroom with comfortable king size bed, duvet and duvet covers, so no dirty comforters here. Additional queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably sleeps 4. Full sized kitchen with all appliances and kitchen needs to make you feel at home. This ground level unit provides easy in and out access without busy lobbies or elevators to deal with. A day at the beach should truly be a day at the beach and this unit will provide you with that comfort!

Very convenient location on and off island. The complex is undergoing a lot of construction. New buildings are being put up. Still able to go to the beach and pool. Pool is very nice for the hour we were able to spend (because of a lingering Florida cold front)

Overall a nice place but we ran out of toilet paper within a day and had to go buy our own. Also, be careful of the water in the shower. They installed the valve for the water backwards so the hot is the cold and vice versa.

The place was just perfect for my husband and me. Very short walk to the beach and walkable to south and north village. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The host provided all the information needed and more. Very helpful and great host. We will definitely look to stay here again and highly recommend to others.

This is the second time we have stayed at Lisa’s condo and plan on coming back next year. The condo is only about 300 steps from the best beach in the country! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and comfy. Lisa answered all my questions and check in was very easy! Thank you again!

Typically, we stay in Fort Myers on the water. Our expectations were set too high. But we weren't misled in description of the interior. The condo has been updated. And it is clean. A Main factor for us. AC was perfect and was assisted with the modern ceiling fans. Kitchen is complete with modern sink/ hose nozzle. Equipped with utensils and necessary appliances. Smooth top electric stove. Ice maker puts out plenty. Open the cafe style shutters to reveal the outside. It's the main source of natural light but also an open invitation for all the passers by to peer in. Over looks the mildly traveled road and shell based parking lot. A nice Palm tree covers a jointly shared table. Bathroom was for the most part, clean. Water pressure in the shower could use a boost. We made it to the beach with our own chairs. The ones provided by HOA are lunky but adequate. You don't need to carry back into their staging area. There is a zone for you to put your stuff. The other resorts WILL have you move. Sometimes, waiting until you're setup! ( not for us). It's a nice place to stay and the owner was quick to respond to our minimal questions. Tv's are okay but the living room needs a speaker adjustment. Bring your own Alexa, there is no alarm clock. Toys for the kids on the beach and books were available.

We wanted a relaxing vacation near the beach and this place did not disappoint. The proximity to the gulf is hard to beat--literally minutes away by foot. The condo had everything we needed, including a bunch of beach gear (umbrella, cooler,etc.) which made for a very comfortable stay.

Booked this unit for a visit from my daughter-in-law and 11 year old granddaughter from Phoenix. This was a perfect place for the 3 of us. Short walk to beautiful sugar sand beach, including chairs and loungers. Wow!! The unit was decorated very beachy and spotless. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Beach toys, noodles, umbrella, beach wagon and a large cooler. We didn’t cook but everything was there including spices. We took the trolley each night for a little shopping and dinner. I will be back. It was fantastic. 🥰❤️

Location to the beach was a short 5 min walk to the beach. Condo was clean, many amenities including a variety of pillows and beach accessories. The owner was very responsive to any communication thru the VRBO app. Would stay again at the condo.

Family of 4 stayed in this unit for a getaway, and we could not be happier with our stay. The checkin process was zero effort, the unit itself was clean and super beachy and relaxing, we had everything we needed plus more!! Originally when we first rented we weren’t super excited about having the kids sleep on a pullout bed because they’re usually uncomfortable, but Lisa was even prepared for that!! There was a memory foam topper available in the closet and both kids said the pullout bed was super comfortable. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, dishes, coffee maker and coffee, toaster oven, you name it, its there. The kids loved the board and card games for the rainy nights, they went nuts over the sand toys. All of this plus being just steps off of the beach and by a private beach access….Seriously, rent this place, you will not be disappointed!

Property is small single bedroom. It was decorated in nice beach colors and had good space for family of 3. The location is perfect - would say it is the best feature! Short walk through private gate to powdery white sands. There are larger condos on either side of the property, but the beach was relatively open and you could setup crossing those boards and relax with no issues.

This was a great rental for our week in Siesta Key. Good access to the Beach and the village. The unit was clean, had a lot of the little things you don’t always get with a rental (ie- extra towels, paper products, proper spices, coffee filters, etc). Plus it had one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Lisa was timely in communication and follow up. We enjoyed our stay.
