Everything was renovated and clean. The balcony and view were incredible. The staff was super friendly, especially since we do not speak German. The cakes and pastries were amazing. I liked that breakfast was included. The beds were comfy, and the shower was big.
We added this stop to our Europe trip to relax before going to visit our family in Italy. It was truly a great experience. It was peaceful. There is a bus stop nearby, number 5 that goes directly to town for 3.10 euros. It took about 15 minutes, which was convenient.
We are usually not picky, but the pillows were a bit too soft, making it a tad uncomfortable, but this was honestly the best b&b we have stayed at, and we travel a lot. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Second time visiting this hotel and service and comfort were equally as good this time around. Nice German breakfast with fresh breads and meats tempt on to over eat. Hotel has a nice restaurant with ample selections. We try to stop here on travels from Germany to Italy.

Check-in was very smooth, the clerk reviewed our booking and gave us a description of the features of the hotel. The hotel is located at the base of the Alps and is the countryside next to Salzburg. It and another hotel have the two restaurants in the area. All other food options are by car. The hotel restaurant had indoor and outdoor seating and had both a good selection of food and drink. There was a bar and it also had a small bowling alley.
It takes a little time to get back onto the autobahn.

The room was huge and comfortable! We enjoyed walking up to and out of the hotel during our stay, as it is situated in a truly scenic area. Be sure to be in communication with the staff about your estimated arrival time, as their desk is not staffed 24/7 - they were very accommodating and stayed late when I called to give our ETA. Hotel is a little off the beaten path, but only a short walk from a bus stop that connects to the city.

Pleasant overnight stay. Very close to Schloss Hellbrunn and and easy drive into the city. Comfortable rooms with pleasant views and good dinner and breakfast.

Really great location right in front of the Untersberg/Salzburger Hochtron. Meals are very delicious, and staff is great and very friendly. Worth the value. :) Environment is so calm around. If you are a hiker/mountaineer, there cohosh be any better location than this.

The room was big and the balcony view was amazing. It was really clean and I liked the wooden floor.
The beds were comfortable and it was really nice and quiet to sleep in.
Generally, we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was average, as no fresh fruits were provided.
The shower was clogged and we had water everywhere in the bathroom, we had to use all our towels to collect the water in the evening. Maybe the hotel should revise the drain =)
As well two packs of shampoo were not enough as some people have long hair and require to wash hair twice ( I am not talking about adding a hair conditioner). would be beneficial to supply more =)
As well one of the bath towels was relatively old and had rips on the edges.

Breakfast is delicious and diverse. Room very spacious and clean with smart TV and 2 sinks is a catch. Staff very friendly. Quiet location, their restaurant is popular in the area with delicious food.

Plenty of dinner and drink options in afternoon and at night in restaurant downstairs.
Some design flaws, like a separate toilet but no fountain to wash your hands so you had to go to the bathroom. No bin in the toilet.
Table and seats on terrace are a bit minimalistic, compared to the size of the terrace (it's huge)

Comfortable and clean room. Convienient location. The hotel has a restaurant which was a nice choice for lunch.
The breakfast could be better.
