Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. Well stocked kitchen steps to the beach . Our two week stay went by very quickly. If only the weather was a little more cooperative. We used the cooler, cloudy days to go to the Tampa Zoo, Dunedin, and Honey Moon beach State Park, all of which were only a short drive. We appreciated the space and openness of this condo

Right on the beach. Very clean with all you need for short or extended stay. Quiet inside. A little traffic noise if on balcony, hard not to as building right between Gulf Blvd and beach. Direct access to condo pool/beach via locked gate. Short walk to several restaurants, many others within short drive or walkable if don’t mind longer walks. Sidewalk both sides of Gulf Blvd. Small grocery can walk to if don’t want head to Publix just across bridge. Would definitely stay here again if visit Indian Rocks again.

This is a great property. It has all of the amenities you need to cook just like at home. Very clean and well maintained.

Condo is very clean and nicely decorated. It is very well stocked with everything you could ever want. King bed was very comfortable. We loved the large deck with partial view of the Gulf. Also loved the high top table and chairs. Kathy, the owner was very quick to respond to all our questions. We will be back next year. Our only disappointment was not getting all the weeks we wanted.

This property was very clean and well equipped. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The pool and hot tub are next to the beach which is very nice. You can walk to many restaurants and shops from here too. Have rebooked and would recommend to others!

This is our 6-7 year of staying at this condo. The location is fabulous close to restaurants and of course the beach. The balcony is great you can sit out anytime of the day and enjoy the water view and breeze. Cannot wait to come back

We enjoyed our stay so much. We were on our honeymoon and the condo was right on the beach which we loved. The condo was also in good distance to just about any restaurant. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Enjoyable Stay - Great Communication
Very spacious condo. All TVs had cable as well as internet-ready. The kitchen was well-stocked. As noted, this unit is not gulf-front although you do get a small side view of the gulf. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm. Near several good restaurants and Cafe de Paris, the go-to for morning coffee and pastries!
Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Worth every penny
We have been staying at this condo for the last 6 years. The location is awesome less than a 2 minute walk to beach and no roads to cross. Restaurants are close and we found a great place that has fresh seafood and burgers 2 blocks away. The host is very responsive

We could not ask for more! Location, cleanliness and well stocked condo! They thought of everything to make our stay so easy! Shampoo, body wash, lotion and laundry detergent! The beach is beautiful, restaurants are within walking distance and pool is very nice. We hope to go back soon!

Wonderful spacious space with everything you will need to enjoy easy access to a stunning stretch of laid back beach with phenomenal sunsets and beautiful water.

Wonderful getaway
We feel so lucky to have found this place. The beachfront location was perfect. The unit itself had everything we needed and what we didn’t even know we needed. If I knew our spring break dates and my kids’ sports schedules for 2022, is book this same place in a heartbeat today. We would love to stay again.

Condo was in a good location. Condo is in much need of an major update and not very clean. All in all we enjoyed our time!

This condo has a great location, nice layout, and very comfortable. We used the kitchen often and found it well appointed with cooking equipment needed to prepare meals. Bedrooms were comfortable. Easy 3 minute walk to several restaurants (Guppy's to the south and Cafe de Paris to the north). Beach so close and great for walking, swimming, and building sandcastles. Evan and Jeannie were very responsive and kind when we brought up a small issue that we needed help with. Great place to stay.

Very clean, comfortable bed, accurate description & pics, everything you would need including beach chairs and beach towels. Hot tub and heated pool great for cooler weather! Owners respond quickly with any questions. Would stay again.

Beach time
Had A nice day. The condo was very nice and clean. Just want to let you know that some of your beach equipment is broken. We found it that way. That would be your beach umbrella and the big blue tent , otherwise all was good.

We had an amazing stay despite COVD 19. The condo is amazing. Very clean with an abundance of kitchen stuff, beach towels, bath towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, wagon, circle rafts and pop up tent!!! This condo has everything you need including bathroom stuff! Beds were very comfortable with memory foam mattress and a bonus to have 3 TVs in the house. Pool is heated and hot tub as an option also!!! Easy to reach the host. I had so many questions able beach closures, etc. We were able to walk the beach, swim in the ocean and lay in the sun all while practicing social distancing on this low density beach. Many awesome restaurants that provided carry out. Publix just a mile away. Plus we were able to stay a little extra time till our flights left Sunday afternoon. Truly an amazing vacation spot and condo!!!!! Already looking ahead for next year

Great place!
Evan and Jeannie were great to work with and the condo was just beautiful. Their housekeeper, Joy. left us some extra cleaning products for our own use. Evan was very responsive to our questions. We really loved the unit and hope to be back again some time!

Amazing stay
We had an amazing stay in IRB. I reunited with siblings and couldn't have been better. This place is beautiful, everything you will need for a perfect stay is there. Beautifully decorated and sleeping was so comfortable, like a 5 star stay.

perfect condo and location
As soon as we stepped into the condo we knew we would be having a good vacation. The condo itself is clean and beautiful. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach. The condo is very spacious and perfect for a small group. The balcony which is not oceanfront is actually better this way because its quieter and doesn't have that direct sunlight hitting it all day. The condo is stocked with items you need for kitchen, bath and beds. There is a supermarket nearby to stock up on items you need. There was no issue communicating with the owner for anything I needed.
There is a nice clean pool that is oceanfront which is also nice to have as an option for swimming and cooling off.
I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it as well.

Great for relaxing.
Our unit was spacious and we enjoyed relaxing indoors because it was hot and humid the last of May and first week in June. The balcony is long but narrow and to see the beach you must look over the balcony toward the Gulf. The balcony overlooks the public parking area for beach access. The furnishings are nice and the beds are very comfortable. The master bath is larger than the master bath in the units on the Gulf front and we had a pantry in this unit. There were plenty of beach towels and beach items. We really enjoyed walking to area restaurants, especially 18 on the Rocks and Tiki Bar. I even got my nails done about three blocks north next to the Cafe de Paris which has nice lunches and coffees.

A Perfect Vacation
The condo is spotlessly clean, very well stocked with household supplies, plus beach and pools chairs, toys, towels, etc. The location is ideal as it is close to stores, restaurants, and entertainment, but is on the magnificent beach, yet is not overly crowded, noisy, or busy. The heated pool and hot tub are also very clean and right off the beach. It is just a gorgeous, peaceful place and we would love to stay there again.
