Ottima posizione, grande parcheggio e camera spaziosa

Quando il bar è chiuso non è compresa la colazione. Non lo segnala Booking e non lo sapevo. In questo caso dovrebbe costare meno. Inoltre nel bagno non è presente il bidet ed il lavandino è piccolo è posizionato sotto una mensola

Bidet in bagno ( data la mancanza di spazio basta un water con doccia). Lavandino più grande o spostare la mensola da sopra. Segnalare che la colazione non è compresa.

Camera semplice ma perfetta per il mio breve soggiorno. Posizione interessante in quanto vicina al centro di Fano ma in una zona molto tranquilla. Comoda anche per chi arriva in treno visto che la stazione è a circa 800 metri.

great location and lovely restaurant next door with friendly staff

You can’t ask for a better location it is practically on the beach. The breakfast is great and so is the staff, the lady that helped us was very nice and accommodating. The room itself is comfortable, perfect for a couple nights

The air conditioner didn’t work very well

The room was freshly refurbished, clean and comfortable. There is a mini fridge in the room and it has AC. The bathroom is also very clean. Breakfast was served at the terrace right in front of the apartment building and consisted of a choice of stuff from the bar (i.e croissant,slice of pizza, coffee/cappuccino). The beach right in front of the terrace was free to use, there were also sunbeds to rent at the terrace. There are plenty of restaurants and terraces in walking distance and also a supermarket a bit further away. The location was perfect for a bicycle tour as I was able to store my bike in the building and the Adriatic Cycling route passes basically in front of the hotel.

There wasn't anything I did not like but I also spend little time in the hotel.
