Super Urlaub!

Wir können diese Unterkunft nur ausdrücklich empfehlen. Jede Villa ist total großzügig (etwas mehr als 60 m²). Das Badezimmer ist im Souterrain und extrem groß. Es verfügt sogar über einen Jacuzzi, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Das Allerbeste aber ist das absolut super freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Die Jungs versuchen dir jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abzulesen und sind immer sofort zur Stelle. Das Personal kann man nicht genug loben. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist der, dass die Unterkunft vom Ubud Zentrum relativ weit weg liegt (circa 2-2,5 km) und man dorthin an der Straße entlang mit gefühlten 1 Million Motorrädern und Autos lang laufen muss. Der Lärm und die Abgase sind gerade auch bei der Hitze teilweise unerträglich. In unserer Villa haben wir jedoch von dem Verkehr überhaupt nichts mitbekommen, da diese sehr weit weg von der Straße nach hinten liegt.

這次跟爸爸媽媽一起出遊，他們非常喜歡這間住宿，很有峇里島風情，早餐、環境、服務人員，都令我們很滿意。

非常滿意房間很大，浴室也很大，泡澡非常舒服，很乾淨的地板和環境，外面的泳池也很漂亮，包含員工的親切程度，整體都給人很舒適的感覺。

蚊蟲的狀況還是有的畢竟蠻多樹木跟水池，門如果進出要記得關好，有比較不能溝通英文的員工，可能只會基本的問題，要多問一些就會比較難，但還是非常親切，走路到烏布市區還是有點距離大概30分鐘，附近沒什麼能逛的，但超商很近。

Oase van rust en luxe

Een oase van rust als je vanuit het drukke Ubud de villa in komt. Geweldig personeel dat het je volledig naar de zin maakt, fantastische service, heel persoonlijk. Goed ontbijt, schitterende kamer en badkamer. We hebben volop genoten. Ook zwembad was geweldig.

A perfect few days at Puri Andong!

Wow! What a stunning place - set back from the chaos, so peaceful and calm. Beautiful spacious room and immaculately clean. The pool area was so picturesque and never busy (great for cooling off after a day exploring). The pictures on booking.com don’t do it justice. We’re already planning our next stay!

Brilliant stay with brilliant staff.

Staff were extremely attentive and could not have been more helpful. Floating breakfast is a must. Really enjoyed all of their local stories about Bali culture. Room was immaculate, very spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Luxurious stay for Adults, lovely staff very clean and relaxing. Beautiful pool area.

The breakfast was served by the pool each day. The food was well prepared. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The family room with king size beds (closest to the pool) was amazing. Try book this room if you can.

Couldnt get the TV to work in the room. Location is not ideal its a little way out of town. Not suitable for people with young children unless you plan to get taxis everywhere.

creatures all over

air conditioning, nice bathroom design, nice staff

Thatched roof meant creatures can get in! giant lizard on the inside wall during night! also. the faeces of some creature dropped from ceiling when we arrived! staff changed bedding no problem but also no net around the bed, lots of bites received overnight. sheets dirty/ yellow and bed bug found and woke my partner during the night! we stayed one night and it was pretty traumatic. if you are used to creatures etc it may be okay, but as westerners it was very trying

A not-so-hidden gem in downtown Ubud

It was like a haven in the middle of busy Ubud 💙 - When I booked, I was a little worried, since it was such in the middle of everything, but the reviews were so good, I decided to give it a chance. I am so glad I did! It's not a room, it's a villa with the highest roof I've ever seen and the most amazing headboards! There are only three villas in this hotel, by the way, so it's super quiet :) The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I celebrated my birthday while there and they wrote HAPPY BIRTHDAY in petal letters on the bed, they all arrived with a cake at breakfast, singing happy birthday, they were just awesome. Amazing service, quiet air conditioning, comfy beds, great internet connexion, cheap prices, seriously a not-so-hidden gem!

It's in the middle of downtown Ubud, so it can be noisy at night, however, they provided ear plugs for us, so it didn't bother us. There was nothing really that I really didn't like about the stay!

Beautiful, peaceful & luxury stay in Ubud.

Stunning setting, and very clean and comfortable. The staff are beyond excellent - very attentive and helpful. The location is great, just a short moto taxi or 20 min walk to the centre of Ubud, or up to the rice paddies. the pool is fabulous, and breakfast by the pool even better! This place is the ultimate luxury getaway!

A wonderfull experience created by balineese kindness and honesty

The breakfast was ok, as we could order what we liked. The staff kindness did impress us a lot, they really care about your well being. The housekeeping was organized in a way that we never seen anyone, they been like little ghosts protecting the customers

The location is a little bit noisy from the main road, as well as about 30 minutes walking distance to the centre of Ubud. The food walking areas are very dangerous and you need watch out for your safety.

Perfect

A perfect stay! The Villa was exceptional, the bathroom was a wow point! The staff couldn’t do enough to help us and were so friendly. It felt very special to stay in a traditional Balinese style house. I would absolutely stay here again!

The location was a 25-ish minute walk into central Ubud which isn’t too far but the pavements are very difficult to walk on. However, getting a grab isn’t difficult at all so taxi is always an option!

Best Bali House

This is the best stay during the Bali trip. Feels like home.. even better!!! Loved Everything! The interior, the atmosphere, the staff, air conditioning.. Everything is AMAZING!! Breakfast is really delicious..yummy!!! The pool is really nice. Towels are ready for you always. Cleaning every day. You get a new interesting story printed out for you...A small thing that makes you smile and closer to culture. The staff..Guys,You are the Best!!! :) Always Helpful. I even received a special meal not from the menu: really Belesian Spicy food:) ❤️ plus, cocktails that were not listed in the menu:) Try Pinacolada:) Really good:) When we come back to Ubud, just here!

everything was just wonderful. From cleaniness to spacious and bali culture in the villa. So amazing. Service by Kedak, Data and staffs are superb. I really like the villa layout and the toilet especially needs 100/100 💯. Its my wife birthday celebration, they made us decoration from the bed to the toilet so romantic. And also a surprise cake for my wife. best service ! Also if you are those that like good smell and clean, their towels and bedding smell awesome and super clean. Im very very impressed by it. Thank you so muchh for the valuable stay. Will be coming back definitely.
