Very clean and comfortable. Hot tub very nice. Just 10 minutes to see family on the lake. We enjoyed our stay here. Beds were great also.

Great little house in an excellent neighborhood. My wife and I and our two dogs enjoyed the stay there very much. Great area behind the house to take walks with our dogs and sat in the sun on the deck every afternoon. My brother and his wife visited in their 5th wheel and utilized the full RV hookup that’s available. There is an excellent grocery store called Bashas about five minutes away.

A beautiful home in LHC. Approx 6 minutes from the Bashes. The home was fully stocked of essential items including pantry as well. Of course we added to what we used. The back yard was big enough for my 6 year old and dog to run around. The neighborhood was quiet, super quiet! The communication with the owners was great, they Always responded quickly. Overall, it was a great place for us to stay while we worked in LHC, we travel there often for work so we will be renting again!

Above and beyond communication through out our stay. For a quick trip to town perfect location and house. Master bed was very comfortable! We will be back!

We stayed at the house for a weekend trip at the lake. The property was nice. We used the 3 regular beds and pullout bed from the couch. The kids were comfortable sleeping on it and it was easy to set up. I never needed to contact the owner during our stay, but she did keep me informed about a storm before we arrived. The only “problem” we had was parking. The driveway was not long enough for our truck and boat when connected. When I looked at the aerial view of the house, there was a portion of the driveway that went along the side of the house and thought it would be fine. However, the owners have their boat and ski parked there. We were able to get creative and disconnected the trailer from the truck. It just would have been nice to know that beforehand. Everything else was fine.

This was my first time staying in a home vacation rental and everything was awesome! The house was the perfect size for a family of 4! My two kids loved having their own room and able to watch movies and had separate beds. The fenced back yard was great for our dog, didn't have to worry about letting her out. The house was super clean, organized and great furniture! The carpet is nice and feels brand new! I loved the little 4th of July decor accents added, made it feel cozy and welcoming for a holiday trip! It was great to use the garage for our car as well. Plenty of helpful things stocked already that you don't always realize you need, like ziploc bags or a straw. Rhonda was very responsive and helpful with all questions! Def recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at this house. It was quiet and a nice location. The master bed was so comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The backyard is nice place to relax and hang out.

Cute house that was perfect for our needs. It was clean and quiet. Plenty of parking for our truck and OHV.

Everything was great! When we got there, the house was really clean and super cute and cozy. It was the perfect size for us (2 bedrooms/2 baths). The location was also great. It was at the end of a cul-de-sac and super quiet. It had beautiful views of the mountains. Also, we didn't realize we could see the lake initially, but from the back porch, you have a view of the lake. There is a nice hot tub on the back porch along with other amenities such as a table and chairs, grill, fire pit, a porch swing and fenced-in yard. The landlord is fantastic to work with and has very good customer service skills and is very easy to reach. Oh, also the fabulous views of the Arizona skies are amazing from this home. We miss this home already.

I liked everything about the property, check in was a breeze, and was able to use existing supplies and leave additional supplies. Property was beautiful, neighborhood was quiet. Definitely will be returning to this property.
