Imagine if you will, slowly waking up each morning and with the touch of a button, the motorized shades automatically rise to reveal your panoramic view of the Emerald Coast and the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier from this 9th floor, Penthouse level Condominium. https://youtu.be/jmiRz9uIufo “Sunny Disposition” is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1522 s/f Condo, located in the Navarre Beach Regency complex that features 9 foot ceilings throughout and is loaded with all the amenities to make your stay at Navarre Beach a family memory for years to come. Start your day with coffee on the large balcony and you very likely will see bottle nose porpoises passing or the occasional fly-by from the Blue Angels as they head home to the Naval Air Station in Pensacola. Wind down your day with plenty of seating in the living room to enjoy time together after a full day on the beach." The Living Room features breathtaking floor to ceiling and wall to wall sliding glass doors that open onto a huge 9' x 30' balcony that overlooks the crystal clear waters and sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast. It is only short walking distance to Windjammers Restaurant on the Navarre Beach Pier, which happens to be the longest Pier in the Florida Gulf. There is also a pull out sleeper couch in case you need some extra sleeping space for the kiddos. There are also board games, movies and books located in the entertainment console for your indoor leisure time. The Master Bedroom also has ceiling to floor and wall to wall sliding glass doors along with a new king sized bed, high definition TV and ample closet space. The décor is updated and very comfortable. The Master Bathroom has a walk in double shower as well as a large Jacuzzi tub and oversized vanity that make getting ready for the day a breeze. For those who need to get a little remote work done, there is a dedicated office area complete with your basic office supplies as well as an HP Wi-Fi Printer. The Second Bedroom has 2 new queen sized beds, a high definition TV and a beautiful view of the Santa Rosa Sound. This bedroom also has its own access to the second bathroom that is equipped with a tub/shower and a sink vanity. The Kitchen, which is open to the Dining and Living Rooms, also has a great view of the Navarre Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This abundantly equipped kitchen has all the cookware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, utensils, pots and pans and accessories needed for you to create your favorite family meals while enjoying the scenery. The dining table has seating for 6 with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. Off the kitchen is a large laundry room with an extra-large capacity washer and dryer, ironing board and iron along with ample space to store coolers or other items. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a pull cart full of children’s beach toys (i.e. – buckets, shovels, etc.) are stored in the laundry room for your beach time fun! There are 4 elevators (two at each end of the building) that give you easy access to the more than 400 feet of white sand Gulf frontage. If you don’t feel like beach time, there is a large heated (March thru October) fenced-in pool to take in the sun. Navarre Beach is centrally located between Pensacola and Destin, and within easy driving distance to the Fort Walton Beach / Destin and Pensacola airports. Both Destin & Pensacola offer an even wider selection of family themed activities & restaurants, all just a short drive away. All units at The Regency are No-Smoking, No-Pet condos. The minimum age of the primary renter must be 25. High speed, secured Wi-Fi is also included. A rental agreement will be sent to renter that needs to be signed and returned as soon as possible. This top floor condo had excellent views from the balcony, easy access from the reserved covered parking spot and quick elevators. The rooms were spacious with a great floor-plan. The beds were so comfortable! Living area furniture could use a soft ottoman, but otherwise was nice. We had everything we needed, plus some. Communication was great with both owner and housekeeper and Tanya's grocery service was a huge time-saver! We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the beach and saw dolphins, rays, and a manatee! We also enjoyed some family ping pong tournaments on the table downstairs. Would love to stay here again and will recommend.

We absolutely loved the condo. Everything was as described and more. The water was crystal clear and view gorgeous! Not crowded at all because its not filled with businesses.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay would recommend it to anyone wanting to get away for a week of relaxation. The sound of the ocean and watching the waves very relaxing, the condo nice and clean.

Condo was great, view was amazing. Condo was under construction at the time, but the noise wasnt bad and it did not affect the amenities.
Two small complaints:
- Kitchen wasn’t stocked well with basic seasonings and perishables (Salt/pepper/oil)
- The provided beach chairs were very small and basic - only really suitable for small women and children.

The property was just as advertised. Very well equipped, thoughtful gifts awaited our arrival. Spacious living room/ dining room, comfy beds and did I mention the beautiful views from the balcony patio? Never waited for the elevator more than 10 seconds. Handy carts to haul our stuff up and down. Under cover parking spot, short walk to beach, pool was delightful!! I guess you can say we’re very satisfied and hope to return!!

Loved the condo. Weather was a bit cold and wet but we still enjoyed our visit. A beautiful view, that never grew tiresome. The friendly Great Blue Heron who visited us on the beach and the pier was a bonus! We will most likely be back! Great area and very comfortable accommodations.

This condo is conveniently located directly beachfront with a great view of sunrise and sunset. It is a large property with comfortable furnishings and everything you might need included. Covered parking and an elevator make it a great spot for a beach vacation.

The condo is stunning from the views to the decor. It is obvious that they take great care and pride in their home away from home! The added touches and details (including binoculars for the spectacular show the dolphins put on for us every day right outside our balcony and the "sea turtle" safe flashlights) were amazing. And, Tanya, who gets the condo ready for the next guests was just as amazing as the owners! She even picked up our groceries and carefully stocked them in the kitchen so they would be there when we arrived. We absolutely adored every second we spent there!

Jeff and Linns condo was better than pictures. The condo had a well stocked kitchen to make a gourmet meal and everything you need to have a full day on the beach; they pay attention to every detail. My friend and I felt like we were at home.
The views were amazing, we saw dolphins every day.

Beautiful condo-exceptional service
We loved the condo. It was huge, well equipped and comfortable. Our first stay in Navarre Beach and it was beautiful! We were lucky enough to be here for the Mardi Gras parade. Great fun! The most amazing thing was arriving at the condo and the caretaker had picked up our grocery order and stocked the kitchen for us!! A real bonus after a very long drive!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Our Happy Place
We love the Navarre Beach Regency and have stayed here numerous times but not in this unit. We could tell it had been recently renovated and everything was very nice. It was clean and ready when we arrived. The weather was perfect and we hope we are able to book this one again.
