The bathroom was not cleaned. The towels were dirty as well as the bed sheets. Windows had finger smudges all over them. After politely sharing this with one of the staff members (the manager as well as the lady responsible for the reservations) their response was “if you do not like it that much we can give you back your money”, without offering to compensate or to come and clean the mess which was provided. I have gone 3 times to the reception to change the same bed sheet because every time they gave me a new one it still had stains on. No disinfection was done (it was visible that the dust has not been cleaned, as well as, it was obvious that the bathroom’s sink and shower were dirty). The table on the balcony was left with spilled coffee stains. The mattresses were uncomfortable you are able to feel the springs.
