It was placed in beautiful surroundings

The road up to the house was so damaged that we couldn’t drive up there in our normal familily car (Reanault Grand Scenic) The bottom of our car scratched the bumps on the road three times on our way up there, and three passengers had to leave the car and walk 2 kilometers to get up there. We therefore had to cancel our stay and were not able to negotiate any cancelation / refund with the owner and therefore lost nearly 2.000 EUR. (We suggested a 50% refund and then they could rent it out to someone else). The only offer we got was that we could borrow a car from them to drive up and down the mountain (at first they wanted us to rent it) but we were not comfortable with having to leave our car unattended on a road somewhere overnight and were also concerned about insurance issues should something happen. So we can’t recommend this place if you have a normal car, becauce you might not be able to reach the house and you wont get any sort of refund from them. It more or less destroyed the last six days of our holiday.
