Come and visit "Sandy Bottoms" on your next trip to Pleasure Island. This 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom 1st floor condo in the Sand Pebbles complex is newly renovated and ready to please your family and friends. The primary bedroom features a King bed and includes an en suite bath and has a spectacular ocean view to watch the sunrise before drifting back to sleep, and the second bedroom has a Queen bed that utilizes the hallway full bathroom. The kitchen is nicely uplifted with new cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The living area is outfitted with a new chaise sofa (which doubles as a sleeper (full size)) and a flat screen TV, but you'll probably pass that by quickly as you head out onto the expansive deck to enjoy the stunning views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or keep an eye on the kiddos frolicking in the nearby pool. You will not be disappointed in your decision to make "Sandy Bottoms" your vacation home every summer! The Sand Pebbles oceanfront condominium complex is located within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake and Tiki Bar on the pier. The complex boasts two in-ground pools and two private walkways to the beach with outdoor showers, and a bike rack. Of course there is plenty to do at Carolina Beach, and in this central location you may never need your car as you can easily walk to the Boardwalk, the fresh water lake for fireworks and Sunday movies, and the Tiki Bar! *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office. Occupancy 6: Sun/Sun rental in Summer. Min two night stay other seasons. Bedding Recap: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sofa Bed (Full) Parking: TWO parking passes are included with reservation. Parking spots are not reserved or guaranteed and are first come, first serve. Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Golf Carts Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “C217 – Sandy Bottoms” as a vacation rental.

We had a great stay at Sandy Bottoms! It was a very nice and updated unit. It was just like in the pictures. It was very clean, too! The beds were comfy. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms (and a washer and dryer). The beach was just steps away. There were several restaurants within walking distance, The Spot had great wings, The Peach Factory-my kids went to every day,and Uncle Vinney's Pizzeria. The only problem was the door lock was tricky and we had to call maintence several times, but they were friendly and helpful. We checked in after hours and the #6 stuck on the lock to get the keys at Bryant Reality, so it took several attempts to get the keys. Overall, it was a really great stay and we'd stay here again!

It was not what I wanted to feel like on vacation! I was a nervous wreck the whole time and felt like we were being watched constantly and scared to leave the property. There is not enough parking ever and even if you have a parking permit hanging in the window you will get towed because you are not in a designated parking area. It feels like a scheme as a woman was walking around taking pictures of vehicles and license plates all the time. We had to doordash food and never left out of fear of losing our parking spot. The pool and beach being so close was the only thing nice about this rental. We had no issues with Bryant Real Estate, but will ever go back to this particular property. Vacation should not feel like jail!

The vacation rental was okay.. My only major complaints were- the unit had cockroaches & the parking was weird, first come first serve. I also prefer not to have to take out trash and clean on vacation in fear of a fine charged to my credit card.

Our stay was amazing . The room was nice . I kinda wish it was actually Oceanview an not a side view we had to go out thr main door to really see the ocean. An the balcony next door kinda blocked our sidevies on our balcony but it passed the test. Hoping for actual oceanfront when we come back with our girls.

The rental was clean and great location. The beds were uncomfortable without any box springs. The toaster and coffee maker need replacing. Parking was okay but during peak season I would imagine be a challenge.

We loved the condo and beach. Condo was very clean and had everything you need for cooking during your stay. Only issue is the parking situation isn’t the greatest. But we would defiantly come back again and I’m sure we will.

Nice property with on the beach access. A few minor concerns...pool key had issues for beach access door, no hangers, a bit dirty, and no lounge chairs in pool area. Parking only available for 2 cars was problematic and we had issues with palmetto bugs in condo...which freak me out.

We had a few maintenance issues. Air conditioning stopped working the day we arrived. Maintenance came very quickly and got it working. Plumber came that night to fix the clogged drain on the ac.
Monday Ac went out. Again. Promptly sent a heating and ac company to fix
Dryer did not work the entire stay. Repairman came on Wednesday but needs to order a part.
Shower in Second bathroom did not work. It was not fixed during our stay.
Screen was torn off balcony door. It was fixed on Thursday.
Dishes and pans were dirty, including egg on pans. I realize this was due to the previous guests.
We still had a great stay but for the price we paid, there were too many maintenance issues.
I would recommend this condo to a friend is the maintenance issues were corrected.
