It has a well-appointed kitchen with a pantry, a dining room, laundry and in the living room, a beautiful gas fireplace that will warm the house on those cold winter days. The home is in a quiet cul-de-sac and looks back into a beautiful, wooded open space. All three bedrooms are upstairs for privacy. The main suite has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom will sleep four with a double bed and a twin bunk bed. There is an additional sleeping option on a futon in the main bedroom, which would be perfect for kids. There is a second upstairs bathroom with shower and tub and a half bath on the main. The living room and two of the bedrooms have a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The garage houses a fun rec room with darts, shuffleboard, air hockey, Smart TV, and a vintage arcade machine with 300+ nostalgic games. Enjoy the new expansive wrap around deck which has a propane BBQ and two patio tables and covered walkway with seating where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. We also have a wonderful, private hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars. We are a pet friendly home (max two dogs) with prior approval and a pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled (two-fold and carry collapsible wire dog crates are available in the garage for your use, please provide your own dog bedding, if needed). Six adult bikes and two children’s bikes, (Helmets are NOT provided, so please bring your own).
