Reviewer Comments:
There was no signage on the door to the condo. The code for door would not work. When I called the office for help the staff was unaware of what to do. The written instructions I was given was different than what they were telling me. They gave me a new code. After much frustration, it worked.

We enjoyed our time at the apartment, it was a great location, and the pool was perfect. Only thing that was missing was more patio furniture.

Overall the rental unit is one I would go back to. The price is up there and I would expect more upgraded furniture such as comfortable mattresses - a king mattress instead of queen in the front bedroom along with a TV. The kitchen should have a pod coffee maker to make it more convenient. The unit has very low end furnishings and decor for the price you pay. Otherwise, the location and pool are great and the view of the ocean with the large porch is awesome.

Our trip was planned in June (last minute). We were excited to try a new beach and the property had great reviews at that time. However as the weeks went on, I started seeing some very negative feedback and I emailed the host with no reply. One concern was that two former parties had said the dryer didn’t dry. When we arrived at the property, the kitchen table was broken, the dryer didn’t dry, the dishwasher didn’t get the dishes clean and the ice maker didn’t work. There were also issues with the heat pump all week long. When I emailed the realty company about the broken table, the property manager came to fix it. While at the property, he took pictures of air mattresses that were blown up and promptly told us our ENTIRE party was evicted and had two hours to get out. He was rude and inconsiderate to my husband (I was actually on the beach when all this first happened). I called him and explained our very unique situation...my mother in law is battling stage 4 metastatic cancer and wanted to make the trip with us, not knowing if she will be able to travel next summer. We OF COURSE said we would make it work and offered her and my father in law the master bedroom and for two of the teenagers to sleep on air mattresses. We were allowed to stay under the condition that 3 of us leave and stay in a hotel room. We were not partying or making noise, no drinking or smoking was going on, just simply wanted to enjoy what could very well be the last vacation we have with her. My husband, my sister in law and I stayed in hotels, having to move 4 times because the hotels (priced at $200 a night) were filthy and had black mold on the ceilings, lamp shades and floors. This put a damper on our week but we made the best of it for my mother in law. It took 4 days to get the dryer fixed so we spent the last day doing laundry and the ice maker was never repaired so we bought bags of ice all week. We were disappointed with the way the realty company handled things especially the property manager. All in all, this property would be a nice place for about 4 people. All the rooms were small but updated and decorated very tastefully. The proximity to the beach was a plus as we only had about 200 yards to walk to be right on the ocean. The treatment of our family and the way the situation was handled made it a difficult week and we will not recommend Bryant Realty to anyone.

Our stay was great. The condo was clean, spacious, and had a great balcony that you hear and see the ocean waves. The only downside to our stay was the master bed. It was pretty small and very hard. Besides that it was a great trip.

Overall, it's an easy enough place to stay with having very close beach proximity and the condo itself is plenty nice. A minor issue was that both drain stoppers in both tubs were either broken or missing and we could not give our toddler a bath on the trip. The main issue that would deter us from staying at that location again was that there was very poor sound insulation/protection from the above unit. Every single footstep above us sounded like a boom that reverberated through our condo, which made it difficult to sleep well and put us on pins and needles. It also stressed us out because our one year old would get up early and walk and play around and we would worry that he was waking up the people below us. I get that it is an unfortunate reality of some of these condos with older construction, however with the really high price we were paying (almost $500 per night when the air bnb and extra fees were added on) we were expecting a higher quality of stay in terms of not hearing every footstep or loud noise from the unit above us.

We get there after the reality company closed. Could not get in the locked box to get our keys. The washing machine and dryer didn’t work and the ice maker didn’t work. The rooms were way smaller than looked online. Beds slept horrible. But we were close to the beach and the kids had a good time

The dryer didn’t dry, the stove took forever to cook, the dishes and silverware were dirty, the couch was tiny and horribly uncomfortable, no TV in the master bedroom, no Keurig, doors that wouldn’t close, ice maker in fridge didn’t work, broken closet shelves, internet password listed was incorrect and took them five days to get us the right password, batteries in remotes dead, took forever to figure out TV, storage room in garage not numbered to match condo so you can figure out which one it is, and the list goes on. This could be a nice place but as it is now it is NOT worth the money charged and unless everyone plans to hang out in the bedrooms, it is only suited for two people with the ridiculously undersized couch.

You enter the front door onto the covered deck. There are two sliding doors that can not be locked with a key on the outside. Therefore your personal belongings are never fully secure.
The way this complex is set up makes it very easy for anyone just to climb over the half wall from the stairs on to your patio. Yes, there is a lock on the door you enter from. But no locks on the sliding doors.
I say this because our last night there my husband and I were very startled when a random drunk person opened our sliding door to the master bedroom. No knocking or anything. This man climbed up the front of the building to the deck. He said he was locked out of the place he was renting and didn’t think anyone was there.
This was our first trip with our 11 month old son. I will not return to this place after that. For anyone that cares about their personal belongings or a peace of mind while you sleep then don’t rent this place.
