Zwischenstop

Die Zimmer waren sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Eingangsbereich Lobby/Bar/Frühstücksbereich ist sehr schön und phantasievoll gestaltet. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war prima.

Der Check-In hat unverhältnismäßg lange gedauert, obwohl sämtliche Daten bereits vorlagen. Der Frühstücksbereich war überfüllt, es war kaum möglich, einen Platz zu bekommen, man musste warten, bis andere Gäste aufgestanden sind.

Personal freundlich, Zimmer sauber

Es wird im Zimmer keine Flasche Wasser bereitgestellt, sorry aber in meinem Augen ein muß! Darüberhinaus kostet die Flasche Wasser 6,50€… das finde ich ehrlich gesagt unverschämt. Wenn man nach 20 Uhr ankommt und nicht mehr zum Supermarkt gehen kann muss man auf das völlig überteuerte Wasser zurückgreifen da keine Alternativen vorhanden sind. Für mich ein Grund Motel One nicht mehr zu buchen.

Gut mit Luft nach oben

Sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal

Kein Papierkorb beim Schreibtisch vorhanden und der Kosmetikeimer ohne Müllbeutel! Auf Nachfrage sagte man mir, dass das nicht üblich ist in dem Haus. Ergebnis: Mülleimer nicht so sauber wie mit Müllbeutel und ich habe mir dann selber Müllbeutel gekauft und diese genutzt. Das hatte ich mir anders vorgestellt.

Вперше скористувалась мережею цих готелів і залишилась дуже задоволеною. Ми приїхали о 6 ранку, номер повинен був бути готовий о 15.00, проте ми залишили речі до вечора, а також змогли їх залишити наступного дня до від'їзду. Рядом гарна транспортна розв'язка. Ми прибули на автобусі, від зупинки FlixBus, готель розташований у 15 хвилинах пішки, або 2 зупинки автобусом. До центру міста пару зупинок автобусом, чи 20-25 хвилин пішки. Навколо багато магазинів та торгових центрів. Номер достатнього розміру для 2-х осіб. У ванній кімнаті є рідке мило та фен. Готель пропонує сніданки, проте ми не користувались. Гарний Wi-Fi. / I used this hotel chain for the first time and was very satisfied. We arrived at 6 in the morning, and although the room was supposed to be ready by 3:00 PM, we were able to leave our belongings until the evening and even keep them until the next day before check-out. The hotel is conveniently located near transportation hubs. We arrived by bus from the FlixBus stop, and the hotel is a 15-minute walk away or 2 bus stops. It's only a couple of bus stops or a 20-25 minute walk to the city center. There are many shops and shopping centers nearby. The room is spacious enough for two people. The bathroom has liquid soap and a hairdryer. The hotel offers breakfast, but we didn't use it. The Wi-Fi is good.

Perfect location, view and comfy bed for Salzburg!

Great hotel with the bus stop right outside the front door! The hotel was clean and modern and I sat in the lobby a few times to have beer and ice tea. Lovely room and our mountain view was fantastic! All the staff were lovely too!

It would have been nice to either have a little fridge in the room or some tea and coffee making facilities. It was quite expensive to stay so having those little touches can make such a difference.

infront of a big supermarket the room has good modern style clean and comfortable 10 mins to the centre by car

no balcony I paid 11 £ per night for parking while it was open and empty all the time. I wish it was free parking

Good location near public transport and a local supermarket that made getting to and from places and picking up supplies for the day very easy. Comfortable rooms were on the larger size.

Short stay outside of Salzburg

Great place for a short stay outside of Salzburg. I needed a last minute place to stay during advent, the hotel was easy to get to from Vienna and about a $15-$25 Euro Uber into town depending on the time and how busy things are.

The hotel is great but it sits in a parking lot. It’s too bad that there isn’t a green area or a space connected to it that feels less like you are in a parking lot/shopping center.

im a very light sleeper and got a room viewing the streets its really annoying if your trying to sleep with the window open because of the cars otherwise it was a perfect stay

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at motel one the staff were lovely, beautiful decor and a cosy place to sit all night with a great cocktails and gins the bar is open 24hrs. Spotlessy clean would definitely stay again

It's a long walk into Salzburg so ideally you need a car it's about 15 mins spin

great but be honest with parking situation

very stylish ambience, clean rooms and very friendly staff

We were told to get the garage for 10€ because if we would park at the parking lot we would get a ticket at night. That was kinda weird because who cares for overnight parking at a free prking lot. It also said on signs that if you are permitted with a clear sign that you can stay after operation hours of the supermarket. Guess if I would‘ve left a note with motel one nothing would have happened and we would have saved us 10€… felt like a little trick to get to the parking fee for the garage.

Very clean and well designed hotel room although small was comfortable

Road noise at night was pretty loud not good for light sleeper also water was not hot on 2nd day of our stay in the evening as well as on the following morning...was rectified that evening
