Our newly remodeled (Oct. 2021) stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo is situated perfectly on the Lake of the Ozark's main channel at the 21 mile marker, boasting the most incredible views the lake has to offer! Located in the heart of Osage Beach, you'll be close to all the action the lake has to offer by water, and just a short drive from fabulous shopping, dining, and activities on land. This condo is located on the first floor, one level down from the main parking lot via stairs only and is not suitable for those requiring special assistance. All guests are required to be registered in advance. The Ledges Condominiums Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up some magic! The stunning 10 ft. dining table comfortably seats all 10 guests, so no one is left out for dinner! The back deck offers comfortable seating with shade, perfect for watching boats zoom by or the beautiful sunsets. In unit washer & dryer, Smart TV's w/ cable in every room, and complimentary Wifi. The property offers free parking (limited space), two swimming pools (one lakeside), a private beach, and children's playground. Our private 10 foot by 24 foot covered slip is available for use during your stay. A link to book the slip will be sent to you once you book your getaway at Lake Life: Reimagined in Osage Beach! The kitchen is equipped with both a traditional coffee pot, as well as a Kuerig K Cup coffee maker (including K cups). IMPORTANT PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY TO AVOID TOW AT OWNER'S EXPENSE! Restricted parking is in effect beginning at noon Friday through noon Sunday during peak season, Memorial Day through Labor Day. A maximum of two cars per condo are allowed. Two parking passes will be awaiting your arrival on the kitchen counter. These should be hung on the rear view mirror or placed on the dash of each vehicle. Any vehicles not displaying the parking pass are subject to being towed at owner's expense. Our occupancy maximum is strictly 10 guests, and as such, we suggest trying to limit your group to only two vehicles. In the event you require additional vehicles, those additional vehicles must park in the designated area located on the top (third) tier parking near the trash dumpsters. Please look for signage indicating where to park. Yellow parking passes are not required to park in this designated area. We recommend leaving a note on the dash of all additional vehicles with your name and phone number - in the event of unforeseen parking violations, security can attempt to contact you first before towing the vehicle at owner's expense with or without notice. We have provided a parking form in the living room closet for this purpose. Upon departure, please return both parking passes to the kitchen counter. Unreturned parking passes will incur a $100 replacement fee each. Please note: no oversized vehicles are allowed. This includes, but is not limited to; trucks, RV's, trailers or any other oversized vehicle requiring more than one parking space. Any vehicle/item taking up more than one parking space may be subject to tow at owner's expense with or without warning. We recommend locking your vehicle(s) and removing any valuable items to deter theft. Stayclusive, RL Property Company, it's owners and managers cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, damage or towing. The Ledges complex office does not deal in rentals, so please contact Stayclusive if you have any questions or concerns.

The location is ideal right on the water and condo decor lovely. Overall we had a great stay although there were some maintenance and Internet issues which the owner acknowledged and said it would be addressed.

Our weekend getaway at the lake was perfect! The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. The condo was very trendy and looked exactly like the listing. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The views were wonderful. 10/10. We will definitely book again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at The Ledges and our condo was beautiful. The rooms were very bright and decorated nicely. The living area has a nice view of the main channel and the outside deck is also large with full view of the channel. The bathrooms are nice and the showers always had hot water and great water pressure. We would definitely stay here again.

Myself and 8 girlfriends stayed at this property/condo and had a great time. No issues! The pool wasn’t a far walk and had long hours. The view was PERFECT! Plenty of space for all of us.

This property was clean and inviting. The deck had an amazing view of the lake and allows for sunset and sunrise views. The property was clean and quiet during our stay. The kids loved the beach area and spent hours there each day. We had no issue at checkin or any issues during our stay. But I did have to reach out to the host leading up to our stay because I was confused on some booking information. No fault of theirs, it was me. He responded quickly and helped walk me through what I needed. Very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to book this condo again. Perfect stay.

Came down from Wisconsin to attend an event at the Performance Boat Center. We were thrilled upon arrival. The view of the deck of the main channel was AWESOME!! We got to watch the boats race by all day!! There were many times we didnt want to leave the deck. Overall the condo is really nice, The wife loved the decor. There was never an issue of not enough room. It slept 4 adults & 2 children with no problem. This unit is super close to the parking lot. Not many steps needed to haul in and out. W found the location close to many of the places we wanted to check out, PBC, Margarittavile, Dog Days, Shorty Pants, etc. Just be careful of the deer, there everywhere. If your towing a boat, Syrdyke's Port 20 Is real close by, They do offer short term trailer storage. Before we left for our stay we were already planning for next year to stay here again...

This was the perfect spot for my family! Plenty of room for everyone. The deck was bigger than I expected. Located close to everything we wanted to do. Easy to find. Cannot wait to bring the family back here next year!

The property was very nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The best part was the view! Picture perfect view of the main channel. Only downfall was it being a lower unit and having very loud neighbors up top running around. Will use stayclusive again.

This property was amazing, with easy access to and from parking spaces. Being on the first floor overlooking the Lake was amazing. I only wished we could've stayed longer. Great location, and everything we needed was there, from appliances to kitchen accessories. I wished TVs were bigger, but every room had one, so that was pretty cool. Needed another couch for the kids, but they sat on the extra sitting areas by the long wooden table, which I loved because we all fit on that table with extra room. Great Location, easy to book, and has the Best Views!

We had to stay up late washing all the sheets and blankets again. I always check beds at properties and believe that many others haven't so they were unaware. Please get new mattresses. I tried to reach out to management

Awesome place for our first trip to Lake of the Ozarks for us, our infant, and some friends. The balcony is right on the lake - awesome view overlooking the water directly instead of docks like most other rentals. Parking is directly against the building so no lengthy walks. Just be aware that you do have to travel down one flight of stairs from the parking lot to the property, which isn't an issue - just FYI. No unnecessary noise from neighboring units during our stay. Renovations are nice and modern. Smart TVs and high speed internet make it feel just like home. Master room was comfortably large - fit our infant's crib without with ample room to spare and didn't impede walkways. Host was very responsive via the VRBO app for the various questions we had. Overall, it's a great property and we'd most certainly visit again and recommend to others.

My bestfriend, her daughter, my son and myself go to the Ozarks every year..This is one of my fav places but this particular condo is now at the top of my list..The view off the back is amazing..The condo is also super cute and very clean..Plus not have to climb 3 flights of stairs with grocery in hand is a huge plus!!
