Only three short blocks to the heart of the downtown shopping/restaurant district, The Breathe Easy is a beautiful, meticulously maintained three-bedroom property within easy walking distance to historic downtown Ocean Springs, and less than three blocks to beautiful Front Beach. Newly remodeled with all the amenities you need, The Breathe Easy is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family (we sleep up to eight people). Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, impeccably decorated space with all the conveniences of home. The Breathe Easy features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble counters. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your meals, and your whole family can be seated at the custom-built wood dining table. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and offers plenty of space for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots. The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen smart TV and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. In the Master Bedroom, you will find a luxurious King bed and the private bathroom features a sit-down walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms have a queen-size bed and a bunk bed that has a double and twin-size mattress, as well as a trundle bed. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. The back-covered porch is surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing. A charcoal grill is available for cooking out, and the fully-enclosed fence is perfect for letting your furry friends run free. ***Pets are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking*** ***There should be no more than eight people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There is a sound monitoring device that alerts us if noise gets too loud (it doesn’t record convesations, just the decibels). There are no inside cameras.*** The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, 4 flat-screen TVs, and much more. While at The Breathe Easy, you’ll feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay. But if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself in the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs. This was a beautiful home very clean, very spacious. Simple yet elegant. Contact with management was great. They are very responsive even during the holidays and weekends. It was a cold weekend while we were there so the only thing I would have hoped for was a fire pit in the backyard or the back patio. But either way, it was a nice relaxing stay with my family. Would definitely stay again.

The house was very clean and spacious. Nice back porch and fenced-in back yard. Location was perfect for walking to the beach and downtown. We never got in our car once we arrived. Such a fun downtown with shops and great food. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spacious home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This home has everything you need. Only blocks away from the beach and shopping. Nice fenced in back yard for our dogs to roam and a seating area with lots of shade to read a book. Comfortable king bed in the master bedroom and a large seating area in the living room to sit back and enjoy a movie. Parking is perfect, right by the front door! We enjoyed our time in Ocean Springs and can't wait to visit again! Thank you !!!

We loved being within walking distance from downtown. The home was clean and so comfortable. Very well appointed. The backyard was nice too for our 2 dogs. Would definitely stay again.

Best rental we have stayed in. Chris was communicative and responsive. The house was modern and clean. All basic needs were covered. The location was perfect. We were a short walk to the beach and a short walk to shopping and downtown Ocean Springs. The road is quiet, not heavily traveled. We would gladly book another stay here without hesitation. Anyone thinking about staying in Ocean springs should check this property out. You will not be disappointed.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Breathe Easy in Ocean Springs. The house was clean and inviting. True to the pictures and very roomy. The area was quiet even though there is a train close by. It's a short walk to the water and very close to charming downtown Ocean Springs. Communication with the property was easy and timely. We would recommend this property and hope to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at The Breathe Easy! It was the perfect setting for a quiet weekend away. Me and my girlfriends loved strolling the nearby shops and walking to the beach but spent the majority of our time catching up and playing games which was easy to do with the large kitchen table and comfortable living room furniture. All in all a wonderful weekend.

We were in town for family wedding. Home was extremely clean and well furnished. We had AC issues but once reported the owner came to meet AC repairman and had a new unit installed. Owner was very accommodating and brought fans for us and made every effort to make sure we were not inconvenienced. Wonderful host and place! Would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay there again when visiting ocean springs!

We booked this property for a girl’s trip. The house had plenty of space. We all loved the way the house was decorated. It was super clean and comfortable. We stayed for just over a week and truly enjoyed our time! The property is accurately depicted in the photos and did not disappoint. We truly enjoyed the neighborhood as well, the location could not have been better in my opinion. It was a short walk to the beach and a beautiful area to walk around. If we were to travel back to the area I would want to stay here!

This property is conveniently located to the beach, downtown, and short drive to Biloxi. Loved all the amenities the house offered from well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room with smart TV and comfy couch and chairs. Area for computer if you have to work or connect. The beds were luxurious and made for a peaceful nights sleep. Management was great with communication throughout the process, from booking to check-out. This house is a gem!

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our stay in Ocean Springs! The Breathe Easy was perfectly decorated, CLEAN, and so so comfy. I am a bit of a pillow snob, and the pillows were a dream! Location was excellent and the neighborhood was so charming & felt very safe. I would stay here a million times over. It’s hard to beat being a block & a half from the beach & about 3 blocks to downtown restaurants & shopping. The pictures really don’t do this property justice. It is very well decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked a lot while there & the kitchen had everything we needed- casserole dishes, colander, cookie sheets, large pots …. The TVs use fire sticks or Rokus. We had trouble getting the fire stick to work. We reached out to the property manager who contacted the owner. She came right over & helped us fix the problem. We would definitely stay here again.
