The villa was exactly as pictured and stunning. Special shout out to housekeeping. The attention to detail is remarkable. One day I broke my hairbrush and upon returning I noticed not only was our room spotless but they had even fixed the hairbrush and cleaned the hair out of it!

La villa est sympas, comme sur les photos (cependant, il n’y a plus la vu sur les rizières, c’est en construction). Le petit déjeuner balinais est super bon 👌 Pour la localisation, prendre un taxi ou un scooter pour se déplacer.

Aparte de qué el hotel está muy bonito y las instalaciones excelentes, Krisna y Sintys hicieron de nuestra estancia muy especial, con su alegría y su amabilidad. Los masajes maravillosos y a súper precio

Room is not as on photo .. much more simple .. also room was full of insects ( huge frog in the room, flying ants and bugs) Breakfast is extremely poor quality. When we checked out it was a shower rain and no one helped us with a suitcases.

The room is quite large and well furnished. Pool is beautiful and clean. Shower works well and staff are nice.

The views from the rooms aren’t the same as the pictures on booking, there’s a construction in front now and they should let us know that before booking. Also the biggest problem for me was breakfast, it was disappointing for an expensive hotel. There’s only one egg, one side of a bread sliced in half, no butter, and industrial juices. In a country with so many fresh fruits a fresh juice would be perfect. The last problem we found were the pillows. They are too large for a firm bed so I had to sleep in a cushion.

Nous avons demander un changement de chambre avec vue sur la jungle et nous l’avons eu dès que la chambre a été libre. La beauté des lieux, belle piscine, lieu très charmant et personnel très agréable. Dewa est très agréable et a l’écoute et toujours là pour rendre service.

Le petit déjeuner continental ridicule ( pas de beurre avec les toasts et l’indonésien ( très bon ) mais chaque jour avec de moins en moins dans l’assiette . Les travaux devant les autres chambres et le bruits tous les jours à partir de 7h45 (donc n’oublier pas vos bouchons d’oreilles)et aussi les travaux dans le jardin le seul jour où nous avons décider de se reposer l’après midi.

La gentillesse du personnel, toujours à l’écoute et réactif à toute les demandes (taxi, repas…). Les massages sont incroyable. Le lit est hyper confortable.

My villa at Poka was lovely - the pool was so nice and relaxing after a hard day of walking around in the Bali heat, as was the air conditioning. My view of the rice paddies was really nice too and I very much enjoyed watching the ducks every morning. It was heavenly. I liked the privacy of the place - you could shut the doors to the rest of the hotel to not be disturbed. The staff were A++, they were so friendly and attentive, I really enjoyed chatting to them about where I'd been or was going. I enjoyed the peace and quiet as well, and the gardens were just beautiful.

As other people have mentioned, there is construction going on nearby. It's not something the hotel can control, but they are planting bamboo to screen it from view but will mean you will probably lose the rice field view. It can be a bit noisy at the moment and there were workmen out nearby while I was in the pool (though they were fine). The villa could have been cleaner and better sealed, as I did have quite a few critters come inside, geckos, crickets, ants and such. The hot water was not great - sometimes it would work and sometimes not - and I couldn't take a bath because it would have taken hours to fill the bath. The biggest downside for me, though, was the location. I didn't hire a car or scooter and it really is out in the countryside. I had to constantly take taxis into and out of the villa. I thought they provided a free shuttle but apparently not. They can order a taxi for you, but it's cheaper to use Grab. If you have a car/bike OR if you don't mind hiring taxis, it really is in a lovely place.

Die Villa lag etwas Abseits von Ubud, so dass man sich nach dem Ausflugstag gut entspannen konnte. Der private Pool lud zum Schwimmen und Entspannen ein. Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön. Das angebotene Essen war sehr lecker und die Massage hervorragend. Danke

Tatsächlich war es ein bisschen schwierig Abends nochmal wegzugehen.

The villas are amazing, beds are really comfy and everything else inside the room is pleasant. View from inside is awesome as well. Plus service it’s so good.

The villa is very cozy and clean, the staff is friendly and helps with all questions. There are so many restaurants and cafes within 15 minutes by bike. I recommend this villa to everyone for a relaxing vacation.

No refillable water system, no mosquito sprays in the rooms, limited food choices.

Het was heel mooi en de personeel was super aardig, je hoefde maar een appje te sturen en je kreeg het! Wel veel ongedierte maar dat moet je wel verwachten aangezien de locatie, de villa zelf heeft een klamboe waar je prima onder kan slapen.

Enige echte nadeel was dat ze een beperkt aantal liter warm water hadden in iedergeval niet genoeg om het bad warm te krijgen.

El personal maravilloso, resolutivo y súper atento. Las instalaciones preciosas y cuidadas. Entorno tranquilo. Puedes elegir donde consumir tu régimen de comidas contratado y hacer elección personalizada del mismo.

Actualmente hay obras en las inmediaciones. El ruido no es notable pero si nos incomodo el no tener la privacidad que esperábamos. Una vez comunicado al personal no dudaron en cambiarnos de habitación para no tener este inconveniente.

The villa that we stayed in had outstanding jungle views from our room. The bed was big and very comfortable and everything in the villa worked well. The staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't have offered a better service. We were so happy we chose to stay at poka villas and spa and highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful setting to relax and unwind.

Note, that the location is about a 15 minute drive out of the main streets of ubud. Not a bad thing, nice a quiet but just something to consider.

Excellent and very kind staff that wants to establish a personal connection with the guests, nothing is too much to ask for. The property also features a restaurant that serves delicious food/roomservice for low prices.

The property is looked a bit far away from the centre so it’s recommended to rent a scooter. Also there is construction going on next to te property which somewhat disturbs the view.

I did like that they placed us on the room with a covered view (like a jungle) with lots of trees. The path/hallway going towards the room was very beautiful, the staff was very nice. I also LOVE that they have a cafe Infront that has a very relaxing vibe, nice aesthetic and most of all good coffee.

The only downside tho is that the photo's in booking is not updated. We were expecting a rice paddy view but there was none it was dry paddies and instead of rice paddies there were now houses and other villas. it would have been ok coz its inevitable, but they should have given us heads up and not give false hopes in the photos. Also, the villa said it's a spa so we thought that they would have great SPA facility but nah its quite disappointing. the massage therapist was great just not the facility tho especially that the place has a SPA on their name. It was very basic one open room with bed tub and table. no privacy, no amenities, no relaxation. it was also very bright not at all welcoming for people that are shy about their body we have a joint massage with my partner and there is no bathroom no curtain to separate no changing room. ITS BASICALLY A STUDIO ROOM (for massage).
