Unfortunately we have no chance to stay in the apartment and have to pay all - It is not the host fault. BUT – there is no contact with the host before our arrive, there is no answer for ask if there is a chance to postpone the booking there is not goodwill and maybe 2 weeks requests and 3 interventions with bookig.com to get the invoice – and what we actually received?! It’s DRAMA! If the host do not know the rules of booking.com and see only to get money and hide it I suggest avoid that “Nice Home”
