The dining table accommodates 8 people with an additional two seats at the peninsula island. LOWER LEVEL The lower-level family room offers ample space for movie nights, board games, and arcade games. This lower level is accessible to the hot tub. UPPER LEVEL/2nd FLOOR The second floor boasts a large Master suite with extraordinary mountain views and an en suite bathroom. FURNISHINGS AND BEDDING -Comfy mattresses -Soft bed linens provided -Bath towels provided (excluding summer) -Each bathroom includes soap and toilet paper KITCHEN/LAUNDRY/CLEANING -Keurig & Drip coffee maker along with some k-cups, ground coffee and sugar provided -Paper towels, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, trash bags provided OUTDOORS -Private hot tub with Mountain views -Covered porch with dining table and outdoor seating -Fire pit with 6 Adirondak chairs -Propane grill -Basketball hoop NEIGHBORHOOD Nestled on a private road that leads to the White Mountain National Forest. The house includes direct access to walking and snowmobile trails. The road also leads to the East Branch of the Saco River where you can park and access the river for swimming. Parking for at least 5 cars. 4x4 recommended for winter months. Guests will receive a door code for convenient self-check in IMPORTANT -No smoking or vaping inside the home -No parties allowed. -25 and over to book A fire pit is available, but you must provide your own firewood. We had a really lovely and relaxing time here! Perfect cabin for a girls getaway. The hot tub was clean along with the rest of the cabin. Only about a 10 minute drive to town or attractions!

House was beautiful and very clean! Lots of bedrooms and great big deck with spectacular views! The only suggestion I would have is to have more towels available. We were told to bring pool/beach towels which we did but there weren’t any “spare” regular towels as we had 8 ladies in our group. Overall tho, great place to stay! Highly recommend this for your getaway too!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Jackson home. It's immaculate and comfortable throughout and is in a private and quiet location. Our favorite place was the deck where we spent much of our time enjoying the mountain views, morning coffee, chilling in the afternoon and eating meals. Kerri is a great property manager who responds quickly to any questions. We highly recommend and hope to come back in the future. The Fall foliage views would be amazing!

What an amazing property! Clean, quiet neighborhood, beautiful views, comfortable accommodations, and fantastic hot tub! What came as a surprise to us was there was an extra bedroom that wasn’t even pictured. Even more space than what we anticipated! All in all I would definitely recommend.

Our family loved this vacation rental. The view from the front balcony is amazing! Online pictures do not do it justice. The hot tub and games were great for the whole family. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Perfect location for a family and friends visit to the White Mountains. Three level living with first floor living and ground level rec room. Loved the large dining room table to accommodate all of us, and the outdoor covered porch for morning coffee and diner bar-b-quing

Amazing home! So cozy, clean and perfect covered porch to see views from. My dog loved having a closed in porch to walk in and out of the house from! Teens loved the game room and hot tub!! So close to North Conway and beautiful trails! Can’t wait to visit again!

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the house. There was plenty of room to spread out. It was in close proximity of downtown North Conway, restaurants and Storyland! My only complaint was that they do not supply bath towels. Luckily we drove from home so we were able to bring them with us but for the folks who are flying (or otherwise), I assume they would have to buy their own?? The hostess was easy to contact and made sure that our stay was comfortable.

Overall a good experience. There were a few small things with the house...dishwasher is super old and the wheels are missing from the trays, a lot of constraints with allowing pets and cleaning. But, the house is great, owner communication is great and it is a really good house and location.

In general, this property provided us what we expected for a winter getaway place. It’s location is very convenient to go to any places nearby. The only tiny concern we had was one chair was broken prior to our arrival and was some misunderstood with the owner, but it was handled well by the property owner afterward. Highly recommend this property!

Just spent a few days at this wonderful NH rental. The home was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to everything. We had a problem getting the hot tub working after a rain storm, but the property manager quickly got someone to come out to fix it. Overall a great place that I highly recommend!

Some friends and I rented this space for the weekend. There were 6 of us and plenty of options for sleeping arrangements. Unfortunately there was some trouble with the smoke alarms going off in the middle of the night and an excess number of black flies that found their way into an upstairs bedroom, but all of our concerns were very promptly handled and communication with the owner was quick and clear. The house was set up beautifully and the hot tub is a lovely amenity. The location is perfect, being off the beaten path but within 30 minutes of so much that NH has to offer. I would definitely visit again!

My wife and I LOVED the property. It was so nice to be basically right in North Conway village area while also being off a dirt road and in a nice private area. The hot tub was INCREDIBLE. Cannot wait to return.
