Only stayed one night butt had a very pleasant experience. Nice to walk into a clean and nicely decorated home. Easy access neighborhood, garage parking, well stocked kitchen. Perfect!

This house has all of the necessities and was overall very clean. The cleaning staff locked the door and we needed to call the property management company to get in the house. Other than that, great location, very clean, and a nice stay.

No problems with renting this house. The listing said it had 3 bathrooms, but it is only 2&1/5. Might want to change that? Communication with the property manager was good.

This was seriously the perfect place. Super nice and clean, great location and spacious. We didn’t have bay problems and we really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely book to stay here again.

Had everything we need.

The house is more than amazing. We rented this home for the bride and party to get ready for a wedding. Check out was 10am and we were running behind. This was our mistake and I did pay $200 extra for fees for our mistake. However, how this was handled was beyond aggressive. We washed and dried all the bedding for the cleaners and cleaned the home to help out the cleaning service. As the bride was getting her make up and hair done the property manager, Caleb, barged in to the home without knocking. He proceeded to yell not raise his voice but, yell at a room full of women in robes getting ready for a wedding. He was out of control, aggressive and beyond the means of resolution. We apologized, profusely, however, he felt he needed to keep demeaning these women. The bridal party moved to the garage to finish the brides make-up as Caleb stated we could go into the garage. I walked out side to talk to Caleb about the nature of walking in on women wearing robes and not knocking. The contract states the property manager is required to knock before entering. The cleaning crew, yelled at me stating they were going to call the cops on me for talking to Caleb. Caleb did call the police. The police were more than accommodation and told the bridal party to finish getting ready and to. not worry about the behavior of Caleb and the cleaning crew. The police apologized for the rude behavior that Caleb showed and the cleaning crew. The police complimented the bridal party on how beautiful they were and how they wish them a beautiful day, stating, this is an unnecessary upset on such a day like this. The police told the cleaning crew to move their car and stop staring and trying to intimidate the bridal party. The house was more than beautiful. However, the property manager could use additional training on how to handle conflict, and perhaps even benefit from some people skills classes. He has defiantly found himself in the wrong profession. I rate Caleb a -10 and the house a 10. oh, the cleaning crew.. what a joke, they were rude, dirty people themselves and nasty, I hope lighthouse cleaning can find some quality people who represent their company in a better fashion. Again, I did pay an extra $200 for the longer stay, however, I believe the entire amount should be refunded as that day one of the bridesmaids became so upset at that exchange and behavior of Caleb, that she wasn't able to attend the wedding. We shouldn't barge in and start yelling at women.

It was a great experience. We would stay again!

Right on the border of Nampa & Meridian. Great location and plenty of room for 8 adults.

We stayed for a few days to visit family and friends and found the property to be very clean and in a great location.

This was a great location for us. My son got married in Meridian and the wedding dinner was held in Marsing. This house is close to I- 84, plus grocery stores. There's 1 bedroom and a half bath on the main floor, which worked great for Grandma. There's 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. The teens loved the park just down the street, where they played basketball.

We were informed that there was an issue that was being repaired with the bath tub upstairs. We were told it would be repaired, we needed to let the glue, epoxy, or whatever it was, dry for a few hours. We were also asked to not use the light fixture downstairs in the bedroom underneath that tub, as water may have leaked into it. There bedside lamps so all of this was acceptable to us. We were refunded 100 for our trouble. The next day, when the kids 6 and 8 and then my DIL showered, there was an even larger crack in the tub. I called immediately and was told that a team would be sent out again. When we returned home that evening we found a very large dehumidifier in the bathtub. It was very loud, and it was very hot in the bathroom, the tub of course could not be used and there were little pieces of blue tape on the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom in a large circle. ( didn’t inspire a great deal of confidence.). I called the PM to ask if the dehumidifier needed to stay on all night and I was told it did. Again, it was very, very loud, even with the doors to the rooms closed, it was loud. We had a baby and two children, plus it hummed and vibrated downstairs as well. This is where my issue lies, we had 9 people, one tub, loud noise at night making it difficult to sleep, and no solutions or help were offered. We were told that they were trying not to cancel on us, which I appreciate, but have now found out that VRBO offers a service to help relocate if needed, but we were never told. I know this is a random occurrence but a little bit of help would have been wonderful. Also, a few other random things, one roll of paper towels was supplied and the bottom bedroom had no top sheet. When we arrived on Monday, the trash cans were full, ( they go on Friday). We were asked to take them out and we did but we had to go up and down the street placing any trash we had in neighbors trash bins. I have stayed in many VRBO and I understand that things happen but to not be helped during this issue really does not sit well with me. $100 for our trouble doesn’t even begin to address the situation. I truly feel bad about leaving the review but as a person who has a career I that requires me to problem solve quickly, I was very disappointed in the solutions we were presented. This house was perfect! We were there for BMX racing and was way better than a hotel to sleep in real beds and have real showers and eat home cooked meals! Decor and comfort top notch!!!

Everything was as advertised! The beds were very comfortable, clear introduction to the house and area and necessary information. Walking path out the back door and a playground across the street.

The house was extremely clean, easy check in, plenty of essentials, and good location. It would have been nice to have a TV in the master but not a deal breaker. Two things that were odd was that on the app it says check out is 10:am and in the binder at the property it says 10:30am. Also, on the app it says parties are ok and in the binder said parties were not allowed and no guest outside of those staying were allowed. This didn’t effect us as all we’re staying but it could create some issues for someone.

Very well appointed. Good location and reasonable price.
