Cute little place! Walking distance to everything! Nice to have a parking spot! House was comfortable and had everything for my husband and I. Couldn’t find the extra blanket for our chilly night, but we managed!! Will stay again!

Newly updated, cozy and clean. Very well stocked with amenities. Great location. Would stay there again.

Three days was not enough!!

Every detail has been considered when furnishing this small one bedroom condo. The location is perfect and the hosts were accessible and communicative.

First comment our local friends made when they stopped by to visit was about the patio.Between the exclusive use patio and the shared outdoor dining area and grill, this rental basically double the amount of space available on the property during good weather.I think we were outside more than inside. But let's move on to the inside. The use of space in this 390 sq. ft. space is commendable. Jason and Jeffrey thought out every element to utilize the space to it's maximum. Beautifully appointed! Kitchen is superb, complete with a gas stove and oven for making meals from the ordinary to the extraordinary! Bed is comfortable and the light and colors throughout the unit are comfortable and well chosen as is the beautiful local art on the walls.Bathroom is surprisingly roomy and updated with new shower, sink and a darned comfortable toilet. The owners,Jason and Jeffrey communicated extremely well, in particular when we had a small power issue midweek.They were "Johnny on the spot" with a simple solution.I would recommend this rental to any couple at any time of year. Totally worth it! We look forward to renting this unit again.

This place is exactly what you get from the pictures. Cute small place perfect for a couple. I havegone to Provincetown for many years this place is a short walk to the pier and middle of town. Great location. The owners were great and responded to any question I had.

This is a newly renovated property in a perfect location. It’s close to the center of town yet still quiet enough to enjoy some privacy.

The property was thoughtfully renovated within the past few years, so it has a new kitchen and bathroom. The space was just right for two, and although we didn't use it due to the weather, the deck is a really nice feature of the unit. We highly recommend it for a P-Town getaway.

We had the most amazing time in Provincetown - and our accommodations were a HUGE part of it! Our hosts were experts in hospitality in every way, shape and form. The condo was immaculate, the location was very convenient and our hosts' flexibility was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is phenomenal. The inside decor is wonderfully done and quite inviting; and the private patio is a perfect spot for morning coffee and late afternoon drinks. This property is close to Commercial Street ….and to The Provincetown Brewery. And many thanks to Jason and Jeffrey for all of their assistance during the rental process. Bravo to them!!!! We look forward to being back at this property in 2022.

A beautiful property and lovely owner/renter! Very convenient to downtown but private and quiet little neighborhood. Beautifully decorated and furnished with EVERYthing you need. We spent some lovely time on the comfortable patio as well.

Great location, short walk to everything. Beautiful condo, especially the bathroom. Great for a single or couple. Nice and quiet. Jason was a great host. Love to stay there again.

My husband and I found that this was a perfect location to enjoy a trip to Ptown. We were able to ride bikes to the bike trail and herring cove beach. We enjoyed sunsets and beach days at Race Point! It was a short walk into town where we had waterfront dinners and drinks. Would highly recommend! The place was just as in the pictures.

For a place that is so close to the center of town, it was peaceful and convenient. The place was so comfortable and clean that I felt right at home. Since I cook most of my own food, I found the kitchen well appointed. The outdoor areas were lovely and the patio had wonderfully comfortable furniture overlooking the beautiful landscape. I will definitely stay again.
