ベットがきもちよくて小さいですが温泉があってくつろげました 名古屋城から歩いていけたのてよかった。

お正月で周りの飲食店が夜おやすみだったのでHOTELに軽食があったら良かった。 結果美味しい店は歩いてみつけました

スタッフに頼むと頼んだ事なんでもやってくれた。ゴミが出た時受け取って捨ててもらって、タクシー呼んでもらって、ホテル内の説明も丁寧だった。夜帰ってきても空いていたので使い勝手は抜群でした。

お風呂が予想外に狭かった。あると書いてあっただけなので、あるだけ十分なのかもしれないが…

部屋も館内もきれいでした。

ひとつだけですが、お風呂の脱衣所を定期的にチェックして清掃して欲しいですね。せっかくの温泉なのに、ちょっと残念でしたね。

週末の料金が高い。1階のカフェがやっているのかやっていないのか？中に入れたが営業しておらず利用できなかった。

Hotel laat ook honden toe op de kamer, daar is dan wel een protocol voor geschreven echter de baasjes van de viervoeters nemen het helaas niet zo nauw. Baasje de deur uit en de hondjes blaffend achtergelaten. Jammer dat dit mij bij de laatste van de 7 nachten moest overkomen.

前の宿泊者のタオルが洗濯機に入れっぱなし、エアコンから水漏れが発生して常に床が濡れている、ソファーの足が折れててソファーが斜めのまま、大浴場用のバッグの数が足りない、これは人によるかもだけど大浴場、室内のアメニティで綿棒がないのが悲しかった。これで1人約1万円は流石に高すぎると感じるほどにサービスが劣悪だった。値段を下げるか早急に対処した方が良いと感じた。あとゴミ箱は増やして欲しかった。小さいの一つだけでは正直心許無い。 本当にいろいろと酷かったのでレビューさせていただきました。寝泊まりだけとはいえ少し悲しかったです。

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom had a tub and was very clean with complete toiletries. There was also a public bath in the hotel complete with instructions so it's easy even for first timers. They also provide a kit to be used for the public bath. The location is walking distance from Sakae where you can visit some tourist spots or enjoy a wide selection of restaurants.

The room was a bit small so if you have a lot of luggage, you will have to be creative with the space you have. If you travel light, it's a very good option. But if you are planning to stay for a long time and looking to do a lot of shopping, the limited space can be a challenge.

I was ask change of money but not available in reception.

Reception staff would smoothly speak with the customer

there is a large public bath available. It was not included in the amenities but toiletries is available. There is a microwave and a refrigerator.

The other room I rented have some dust floating around. There is no free parking.

close to the city center, convenient,the room was ok for the price.

Some fixtures were a bit dirty (shower curtain, dust on bed rest etc) but minor details.
