Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Sehr schöne Poolanlage und tolles Frühstück.

The spaciousness and super friendly staff. Had dinner at Sesun grill on two nights and Chef Kas was extremely accommodating to our request. He kindly switched our seafood pasta to aglio olio and did it exactly how we liked it. The bread was warm and nice. Nice that the staff gave an ice bucket along with the beer when I ordered it by the pool. Breakfast at Yangna was also good just that the coffee tends to take longer to serve when it’s crowded.

The adult pool had kids. As he adult pool is also near the jacuzzi area, doesn’t quite make sense to say that it’s the adult pool area since we could still hear the kids playing at the jacuzzi. Ideally, the jacuzzi pool is also out of bounds to the kids as that will make the entire pool area near the beach rather exclusive for some good quiet time. The main pool outside Yangna is already crowded so setting aside the adult pool is a good idea. Saw quite abit of wasted food during breakfast so thought would be good if guests could takeaway food they took but unable to finish. Would be good if breakfast could end at 11am instead. Good if Hagen Daz ice cream can be served while day!

L'hôtel est un peu éloigné de la ville, mais une fois sur place, tout est fait pour qu'on y reste: Les piscines, d'accès à la mer, le buffet du petit déjeuner, le service à table pour le déjeuner, l'espace pour les enfants... Tout est parfait !!

Le fait que le lit-bébé n'était adapté pour mon enfant de deux ans. Ce sont des lits à barreaux mais pas conformes aux standards, dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Photos and website do not do this place justice, it's so so much better in reality, fantastic across the board. It’s spotless, staff are amazing and the design ensures there is no endless walking to get to lobby, pool and dinner etc. Pool’s beautiful with such an idyllic out and the adults pool with the carved in seating is such an awesome touch. Food was also great with Sesun being a favourite for our family, but all options were great. Kube is great in the evening. It is a bit out from Chaweng but that really had no impact as it’s only about 5mins in a cab that we never had to wait for, even less in a tuk tuk. Could maybe do with a mini mart of some sort for essentials like sunscreen, inspect spray, snacks.etc, but all readily available in Chaweng. Such an amazing place surpassed expectations.

Maybe could do with a small shop for essentials. Certainly not a deal breaker.

Vorab das Hotel ist wirklich ein sehr schönes neues stylisches Hotel. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Aussicht und das Ambiente sind wirklich top! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Der Strand leider sehr steinig - das Baden leider nicht möglich. Die Pools waren toll jedoch waren diese recht schnell belegt und den Tag über besetzt. Das Essen vom Club war ok. Die sogenannten Snacks am Mittag waren eine Schale Obst und drei Vorratsgläser gefüllt mit Keksen und Erdnüssen. Am Abend gab es meistens eine Suppe, zwei Hauptgerich te und Salat. Wie bereits in den anderen Bewertungen beschrieben haben sie das Club Abendessen zu 50 % reduziert. Schade!

Jetzt kommen wir (leider) zu dem unschönen Teil: Dazu muss man sagen, wir hatten die letzten 3 Tage unserer Reise extra im Hyatt gebucht weil wir noch ein kleines Highlight zum Abschluss wünschten - daraus wurde leider nichts den wir haben uns alle vier (gleichzeitig) den Magen durch das Essen oder durch die Getränke verdorben. LEBENSMITTELVERGIFTUNG so das wir fast 2 Tage nur im Zimmer verbrachten ohne zu essen geschweige den Urlaub zum Ende noch mal genießen konnten. In den Bewertungen gleicher Fall 2. Wochen zuvor. Das Personal interessierte es leider überhaupt nicht und somit würden wir das Hotel leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

Thought the check-out was a bit clumsy (it was busy, but hard to get a hold of staff to help) and there wasn't a clear place to line up. People pushing in, etc. I only stayed one night, but thought price is a bit high. Beach isn't great for swimming, rubbish in water, but pool is nice.

Breakfast had good options.

The seating by the pool is not enough, people often stand around waiting for seats. The sand at the beach is too rough to play at the beach. We had issues with brown water coming from our taps at 9:30pm, the plumber came to let out water twice adding it to 1.5 hours. We couldn’t shower, we also have a baby, and end up ruining the baby’s sleep. The least the hotel staff could do was offer us to change a room, or check in with us the next day. But no one even mentioned anything the next day. I think as a 5 star hotel, the least is to check in with us the next day how the night went, or offer a voucher to use with the hotel.

Service was perfect, alles was super schoon en personeel super vriendelijk! Met een speciale benoeming van AOF, die werkte bij het zwembad! Super vriendelijk en altijd vrolijk, groot compliment naar hem, maar ook naar het hele team. Iedereen was even service-gericht en vriendelijk. Perfect gewoon.

De locatie van het hotel was een beetje buiten het centrum. Voor rust wel lekker, maar je kon niet lopend naar restaurantjes toe. Daarvoor moest je met de scooter of taxi.

Trafiłem na kiepski pokój, niby z widokiem na morze, jednak z najniższego poziomu w zasadzie tego morza nie widać. Przy naszym balkonie i przeszklonej łazience przebiegał szlak komunikacyjny, co sprawiło, że nie było to zbyt ustronne miejsce ;) Mała plaża

Beautiful vibes

Very fun for kids. They have lots of great kids things happening which is why we picked this hotel.

You felt stuck there, had to take a cab to get anywhere and you cannot swim at the beach there it’s too rocky. Food was very average, had because you have to take a cab to get anywhere you are kind of stuck eating there.

Veliki bazen,dobri ležalniki, udobna postelja,prijazno osebje in raznoliki zajtrk.Predvsem pa super blazine.

Zraven kave bi v sobi lahko bilo tudi mleko.

Пляж невозможно использовать для прогулок или загара на песке (острые камни осколки кораллов), большие волны . приходилось ездить на такси на общественный пляж

The whole experience from arrival at the hotel lobby, checking-in and entering our room was exceptional. And it started with a free upgrade to the full ocean view room. The staff was very welcoming and of assistance throughout the stay. Entering the room for the first time and seeing the view of the ocean was just a bliss and made us feel very relaxed. The room was spacious and very clean. Everything was on point at this hotel. Next time when we visit Koh Samui we will definately choose this hotel again!

If we have to mention something it would be transportation on Koh Samui itself and has nothing to do with the hotel. When traveling outside the hotel you will need to call a taxi which is pricey compared to other places in Thailand. Alternatively you can hire a car (which we will do for the next time).

Spa was ok, though there are no hot blankets or hot tables for body wraps...

The worst Hyatt I have ever been. Everything is messed up quite a bit - from the layout of bathrooms and a tiny wardrobe (very unthoughtful layout in classic rooms, uncomfortable for two people to share) to the quality of materials, furniture etc.. Not clean enough, very average breakfast and really bad food in all restaurants of the hotel. Really poor choice, especially if you eat healthy or vegetarian, and quality. Food was the worst part. I love Hyatts and stay a lot in them, but this one was an unpleasant surprise.

Sea bathing impossible. You can hear everything through the walls. Restaurants could be more classy.

Everything was excellent apart from the location. All trips to restaurants, bars, sights, etc require booking of transport. Nothing is (safe) walking distance.

Ich hatte aus versehen eine Nacht zu viel gebucht ohne Möglichkeit zu stornieren. Ok mein Fehler aber die Dame an der Rezeption hat mir dann einfach das Frühstück umsonst gegeben. Das hätte Sie nicht machen müssen. Das fand ich ein nettes Detail. Ansonsten war der Service absolut hervorragend.

В море искупаться не смогла, берег с острой галькой, босиком не пройтись, войти в море тот еще квест- крупные острые камни… нужно было брать с собой коралловые тапки , наверное… но не купалась ни я я одна… Не понравилась организация завтраков, видимо постпандемийная история осталась, когда ВООБЩЕ НИЧЕГО нельзя взять самому, даже булочку и если сотрудник отошел или занят с капризным гостем, который изучает КБЖУ состав, можно простоять долго…. К качеству завтраков претензий нет Вода … очень часто сильно пахла хлоркой в номерах , да и предлагаемая питьевая также не очень хорошего вкуса Бассейн. За детские не скажу, а то , что для взрослых обслуживался плохо - отчетливая «нефтяная» пленка от SPF- средств отдыхающих , мутноватая вода, не очень чистые бортики … к лежакам и полотенцам нет претензий

Sehr schick eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Angenehme Hotelgröße ubd gute Verteilung der Gäste bei den 3 Pools. Wunderschöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr gut. Sehr ordentliches Fitnesscenter. Personal sehr freundlich.

Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn die Angebote (Spa, Sport, Aktivitäten) etwas besser ausgehängt/ausgeschrieben wären.
