The property was clean, super comfortable beds with everything you would need. Communication with the property manager was slow but we got help at the front desk for anything we needed. They were very nice, helpful and courteous. I would recommend this place.

The condo was well maintained, well kept, and well appointed with all of the amenities you could need. The coffee maker and Keurig were in working order. I always bring my own detergent and cleaning supplies; they all came home unused. We always bring our own beach towels since we love ours, and that ended up being the right choice here. Bath towels are enough for 4 adults/teens, bring your own if you plan to have more people in the condo. Appliances were In working order, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Cell service in the AP is non existent so you need Wi-Fi calling enabled on your phone! We didn’t use the public spaces, but there was a lot of renovation work being done while we were there last week. Staff at the AP were all really accommodating. We would gladly stay here again.

I have been spending time in PA since I was very small. I just love the town and all that it has to offer. I have stayed all up and down the beach through the years. I picked this condo and am very glad that I did! The location was perfect. The unit was ideal for us and provided everything that we could possibly need or want. I will come back very soon.

This property is exactly what the listing describes! Fantastic view of the pool and ocean from the balcony and even inside. The condo is very well appointed with anything you might need, comfortable furniture and great decor. The entire complex is secure, clean and lovely. We will DEFINITELY stay there again next time!!

Having owned a condo at the Aransas Princess, we always stay at the Aransas Princess when we visit Port A. We have stayed in this particular unit several times and love it.

The condo is exactly as the photos! Immaculate kitchen and bathrooms; soft comfortable beds; relaxing living room furniture and balcony with great ocean views. Perfect space for a small family or two couples, and the onsite amenities make this a great find. Only negative during our stay was the ongoing restorative construction to the exterior brick of the entire property as well as the boardwalk to the beach. We could have done without the early morning construction noise, but that's the downside of renting in the off-season. The vehicle beach access road right next door to the property made these negatives less bothersome. Overall, it was an excellent stay and we will keep this property in mind when looking for a future rental in Port A!

Our first time to stay at the Aransas Princess and we have had an amazing time. Our room was perfectly decorated, very stylish, clean and modern. The condo offered plenty of room with two bedrooms to accommodate me, my wife , daughter , mother and father in law. Our back balcony overlooked the beautiful pool and ocean view. Our front porch entrance had another view of the second pool and golf course next door. So so amazing!!. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets from our balcony and front porch walkway. The staff were all so courteous and made us feel welcome. The location is perfect with a boardwalk to the beach and all the luxuries of shopping and restaurants just minutes away. We rented a golf cart and didn’t have to drive our vehicle our whole stay. Brad was our Host and was very helpful, professional and informative as we made reservations even up to the day that we arrived! A great place to stay. You won’t regret it!! Ray S.

We had a great time here! Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to have a few meals in. Beds were comfortable! Bathrooms clean. It rained pretty much the whole weekend, but that didn’t bother us one bit! Will definitely stay here again!

If your scrolling through here looking for a place to stay, let me save you some time - you can stop right here! If your looking for cleanliness ✅ ocean view ✅ great location ✅ property owner correspondence ✅ you have it all right here. The staff at check in and check out were amazing! I normally don’t write reviews but this stay deserves something to be said. This property was very very clean and has the little touches that make it special. My wife is an interior designer and she was very much impressed. Great stay!!

The listing for this condo was spot on! Everything was perfect - the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful even at 11pm because of our late check in. The property was well maintained and we enjoyed both pools. There were 5 adult ladies in our group and there was plenty of space. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was a short golf cart ride to the beach. We definitely give this condo 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!!! Thank you :)

To start with, the booking was quick and easy. Brad and Julie were readily accessible when needed and communicated important info in many places, many ways. The property itself is beautiful and has so many thoughtful touches- we could have shown up empty handed and still had everything we needed for a great trip. Location can’t be beat. Cleanly. Easy walk to the beach and you can take a dip in the pool on the way in and out. Nice patio for enjoying drinks over sunset with views of the ocean. Can’t wait to come back!

We truly enjoyed our visit to this property until I received this accusatory message from the owner. The shower curtain did come down when we were about to leave, which we reported to the front desk upon our departure. The owner claims there was blood on the bedsheets and comforter. If there was, blood is easy to get out. There was no ill intent on our part to damage this property. The owner also states housekeeping charged him an additional $200. Not sure why that is considering we left the house as instructed. Disappointing.

We 5 ladies had a fabulous time at Brad & Julie's condo. There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. The free standing ice maker was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the televisions worked easily. Except for dish towels (I know! Those are ancient) and hot pads the kitchen had everything it needed. The Aransas Princess is a lovely facility with a couple of very nice pools and great access to the beach. I will definitely book this unit on my next visit.

This condo is as beautiful and well-appointed as advertised. It’s close to town with easy access to the beach. The Aransas Princess staff were very pleasant and helpful, and owner Brad was also helpful and communicative. The weather during our vacation was horrible, so it was very nice to have such a lovely place!
