Mediocridad en todo sentido, con algo de destrato.

La habitación amplia y bastante cómoda en general. El estacionamiento dentro del hotel muy accesible.

El primer día muy mal olor en la habitación, luego lo resolvieron. Todo el funcionamiento es bastante caótico. No recuerdo haber tenido que esperar tanto en una fila para hacer un simple check in. En la primera noche me dijeron que el último pedido para cenar en el restaurante lo tomaban hasta las 22hs., fui a las 21.55 y la persona a cargo del bar me dijo con total indiferencia y desprecio que no me iban a atender. Finalmente intervino el manager a cargo de la recepción y convenció a la gente de la cocina para que al menos me sirvieran una sopa, pero todo muy desprolijo y desagradable. La caja fuerte no funcionaba y no había nadie para arreglarla el primer día, tuve que esperar al día siguiente.

Muy contento con me estancia, gracias por el servicio.

Cuando voy al sureste de vacaciones, siempre paro en Villahermosa, este hotel se me hace muy cómodo, sus desayunos son ricos nada pesados, muy buenos para seguir con mi viaje. El personal muy atento.

Hasta el día de hoy no tengo problemas, solo una ovación que tuvo conflicto con el agua , no llegó la pipa a tiempo, pero creo que un para de horas esperando salí a hacer unas compras cercanas cuando regrese ya se había solucionado.

The mattress was a little bit soft but still ok and the tv’s had Netflix and YouTube but they didn’t work

Todo tienen un excelente ambiente limpio cómodo y la comida muy rica caliente hay variedad para elegir todo fresco y de calidad las camas muy cómodas y limpias y el baño también el agua caliente

Todo me gusto no hay queja de nada, todo esta muy limpio el personal atiende muy bien

El desayuno es muy demandado por la gente que se hospeda y son trabajadores principalmente de la industria petrolera, no había casi lugar para desayunar temprano El menú tiene lo necesario la ubicación es buena

Las almohadas podrían ser mas suaves, las nuestras eran muy altas

La ubicación está genial: muy cerca del Parque Museo La Venta y La Laguna. Las instalaciones, el personal y el desayuno excelentes. Todo muy limpio, amplio y todos muy amables. Lo recomiendo ampliamente 😉

Lo mejor es el servicio de sus empleados y la comida del restaurante

We booked for 5 and got a room for 3! Thé staff was not at all helpfull but wanted to charge us an extra room. We left finally for another place! Not to recommend!

The location of this hotel was perfect for the the main things I wanted to do in the area. It was immaculately clean, the staff were super helpful, and their inclusive breakfast was delicious. I had a lovely stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant

The location is perfect for visiting the La Venta Park/Museum, bed was big and comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was good. We also had a light dinner in the restaurant and it was fine.

No hot water in shower. When I called for a hair dryer, the receptionist said she would find one and bring it to our room. After waiting a half hour, I went down to the lobby and she told me they didn't have any. We asked them to call a taxi the next morning for our early departure at 6:30am. When we got to the lobby, no taxi was there. We had to go to the street and hail one down.

Had to move our room as it was very noisy from the highway and the air conditioning didn't work! The next room had no fridge!

This is a 2 star hotel not a 4 star

The breakfast was good and so was their service.

The rooms had a strong musty smell. The halls were creepy dark and very hot! Someone would turn off our ac unit while we were gone. It was hot and uncomfortable while we waited for the room to cool. Not all rooms have an iron or mini fridge. You have to get the executive room in order to have that and the executive room isn't all that either. Not to many hotel options around this area.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to the Olmec sculptures in La Venta Parque

Great for visiting the Olmec sculptures (across the street) or the fantastic cevicheria about 2 blocks away. Free, secure covered parking. Hot showers. Decent breakfast.

Lots of road noise, didn't honour room downgrade in price

Not much.

The bed was far too soft, the surroundings are not really anything nice, the breakfast average at best, and the road noise is very strong. I booked the executive king room. Don't do this, unless you don't mind the road noise. I already asked at check-in if they could give me a room away from the street. The receptionist, who seemed to have a professional manner, explained that all executive rooms overlook the park. Since the park is over the road, they all overlook the road. I told them ok, I will go and have a look at the room, and then ask again if I'm not happy with it. So I went up there and the noise was really strong. I didn't fancy sleeping like this, so I went back and asked for a different room. After some to and fro they offered a standard room. I asked if the price is what I see on booking.com, AND showed them (receptionist and other hotel worker) my mobile with the price on it just to be sure. They nodded and said yes, that's the price. So I accepted the standard room. Turns out they would NOT change my reservation, and I still had to pay the executive room's price, which is obviously completely wrong and just terrible service. I preferred staying in the standard room though. Because of the terrible service, I didn't even consider staying here again on my way back, and instead went to more central Sleep Inn, which was better in all regards except for the breakfast. So they got $200 more because they charged me executive when I stayed in standard. Then they lost about $900 because I didn't stay there when coming back, and they have a negative review. Too many people just do not understand that in the long run, bad service always costs more than good service.

Enjoyable stay.

we chose the Inn because it is located across the street from La Venta Park and the Olmec heads. it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast selection was very good.

Super hotel by Villahermosa Park.

A very nice hotel in Villahermosa. Large modern bedroom, very clean. Receptionist speaks quite good English, which is helpful. An amazing breakfast; various choices of hot food, cereals, toast, lots of fruit, yoghurts, juices, tea, coffee etc. Main reason I stayed there was because the hotel is just across the road from the entrance to the fabulous famous La Venta Archaeological Park set in it's beautiful tropical forest. I may need to return to Villahermosa and if so I will definitely stay at La Venta Inn again. Recommended.

Everything was good, though in such a hot humid place as Villahermosa, it's always difficult to keep a bathroom smelling good, so I think some floral air freshener would help here.
