About this house rental
There are some housekeeping items I would like to outline to help maximize your experience in my home. 1. Check Out: 11 AM. Check In:3 PM 2. WiFi Name: WetSpot Entertainment Password:65432wet 3. Do not to drop the AC lower than 68 degrees. This may cause the unit to freeze over 4. No Smoking in the house or garage. This will incur an additional fee of $250 5. No pets in the house. This will incur an additional fee of $250 6. Maximum of four (4) cars in the driveway 7. Deep freezer are available for use. Do not sit or place items on top of deep freezer. 8. Do Not Park on the Grass. To avoid breaking sprinklers 9. No Boat parking 10. Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. If you are a guest on one of those days, please take the trash bin to the end of the driveway on those days. Most Importantly, If you break or damage something then say something. I need to make repairs as quickly as possible so that it does not interfere with “future” reservation. Your timely departure is pivotal for the preparation for the next guess. Well, this is not the first time I stayed at this location and just like the first time I enjoyed being there a few things change around, but that’s what happens when people don’t treat things like that on but all said and done everything was good there’s not many places that allow you to have an event, even though we didn’t have anything too big to thumbs up for the wet spot

The house was great and the process of checking in and out was painless! Would highly recommend! Only complaint is we would have enjoyed some higher quality and more pool/beach towels! Even so there was still enough to get the job done and other than that we had zero complaints!

Very roomy and spacious home! Kiddos loved the pool!! Very nice!! Few little quirks, like with fan/light remotes and water control in master bath shower.
Santo was VERY timely when responding to the few questions I had for him.
Over all, we had a great stay and visit with family down that way!!

Very easy booking. Payments, communication with the owner and information provided was excellent . If we're around the area again, will try to stay at the same place place. Use vrbo several times already and it has always been good experience.

It was a good house for the amount of time that I was there. There is an insane amount of sand that was in the house but we were also in Florida.

We enjoyed our stay. Even though the pool was cold, the kids still used it. We had plenty of space and everything we needed in the kitchen. While we had a couple of little hiccups, Santo was very attentive and addressed our concerns. Would stay here again.

The home is spacious and had all necessary amenities. Great location and comfortable beds. Wish there had been a tv in the 4th bedroom.

We stayed with our five kids ages 11-19 and it was perfect. Very clean, beautiful and great location. We had a rental car and we’re very close to so many things. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Property was clean and up to date. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family vacation spot
This was the perfect house for our family to spend a week while visiting family in Florida! Very large four-bedroom with plenty of space for everyone! The heated pool and large outdoor patio was perfect to barbecue and entertain our family while we visited! We will definitely be coming back and staying here again! The host did a wonderful job with communication.

The house was fine for what we needed it for. The pool stopped cleaning itself and the water stopped flowing completely. I contacted the property owner he was very nice and showed up a couple days later and tried fixing it. He ended up calling a company and they came out the last day we were there. The pool was fine to still swim in just had to fill it up with the water hose, and it was getting dirty. The water was cold, But the kids were fine with it. There were a few things that were didn’t work like fans in the house or they had no remote to use to turn them on, but we made do. There were missing blinds on the big window doors that were leading out to the pool screened area/backyard. So we didn’t shut them completely which made my mother nervous. The pool screens were torn or ripped so at night the bugs got in when sitting outside by the pool. Our Florida Family gathered here a few nights and was shocked the issues with the house and the price per night. Overall thought, was the house ok for the price. Would I stay again…… if the issues were fixed.

Christmas trip
Tons of room, fit our group very well. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, but not terrible. Pool problems, but owner came on Christmas day to address problems. Very good communication. Kitchen had bare minimum. House has tons of potential, owner is working on making it better. Would go back and stay again.

Great location
The house is nice and spacious comfortable peaceful the pool was great nice to be able to have music there already access to utensils if needed close to stores as I needed it was just great close to my family worked out for me and my family the wet spot it is I be glad to use this location again and recommend this to anyone who wants a fun spot

Family getaway
The house was clean and very nice. We all really enjoyed ourselves.. The host was easy to get in contact with! My kids LOVED the pool and were in it everyday that we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

Getaway with some friends
The house was beautiful and very spacious and relaxing. From the living room and home theater and then the backyard, nice pool and bbq, everything you need to be away. I would recommend this property to friends and I would come back again. Host has been great and easy to reach too

Amazing experience
My family and I celebrated my partners birthday at this location and it was an amazing time. We will laugh and share the memories we made there forever. We will definitely recommend this location. I look forward to staying again.
