Property is located just a couple of minute drive to the Homer spit. It has 5 star views of Kachaemek Bay. The house was super clean and a pretty new build. Beds were incredibly comfy. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely rent this home again!

The location of this place is amazing. Million dollar views of the bay and easy access to the beach below the house. The place was nicely appointed and felt brand new. We sunk into our beds and slept great!

This property is clean, comfortable, and gorgeous. Big windows and deck look out over the bay and the Spit, and stairs (121) lead down to the beach for even more views. We saw seals, eagles, loons, and many other birds. The location is awesome, close to the Spit for water activities, also close to several small parks for nature viewing (Beluga lake wildlife platform, Calvin and Coyle nature trail, and the Eveline State rec area). We saw at least a moose a day on the road nearby. Highly, highly recommend!

What an amazing place to call home during our trip to Homer Alaska. The home was beautiful, clean and fully stock for all of our needs. No detail was missed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the darkening shades helped with the Alaska sun. What an amazing view from the home and the deck. The pictures do not do it justice. Loved our visit to the beach below. The hosts were extremely friendly and the pride they take in their home is quite evident. Loved that the home had unobstructed water and Homer Spit views but is not in a tsunami evacuation zone. Could not have found a nicer place to stay on our visit. Highly recommend

Over the years we've stayed at a number of VRBO's. My wife and I think this is the best over all VRBO we have ever stayed in, it's the complete package. The unit was immaculately clean and my wife is a cleanie. It is tastefully decorated, the linens looked new, the appliances were top-notch. All the pots and pans you would need. We especially like the view out over the Homer spit and having the available binoculars were great for watching the eagles and sea life. Even though it was a bit on the chilly side we loved sitting out on the deck, enjoying happy hour watching the tide change. For any questions we had Bonnie was very quick to respond. If we ever need a place to stay in Homer this is where we are coming. No need to look any further.

The property is new, well equipped, and very clean. The views of the bay are stunning. The location is excellent in that it's very close to the airport, the Spit, and downtown Homer. We plan to return.

We enjoyed a very relaxing time at this perfect Homer spot. Daily walks on the beach were so calming ; loved watching the day start with the beautiful view. It is a lovely location.

Spectacular view, great location, and first class accommodation. Extremely clean, clutter free, quiet, well equipped kitchen, really nice bedding! We needed a break from a busy work schedule and this was the perfect place. It is close to all that Homer has to offer, good restaurants, amazing beach walks, and serenity. Highly recommend.

This place is a must. Bonnie is an incredibly thoughtful host who accounted for every detail in the house. Super comfortable beds (I didn’t even need coffee during the stay), high quality towels, beautiful design aesthetic, fully equipped kitchen, and the views! We booked a last minute trip to Homer and could not have been more happy with the accommodations. Plenty of space for the two of us, quiet and cozy location. The property offered privacy and we felt very safe traveling alone. The morning jogs on the beach alone were absolute heaven. All amenities you could need for a stay.
