The view was magnificent

The expectation as in the description wasn't met at all. The pool is small/shallow and wasn't heated. The kitchen was old and items were broken (like the coffee machine). Light bulbs were broken incuding int he toilet. The property wasn't clean. The windows were very hazy so from the inside you couldn't enjoy the view. But most importantly when addressing the issues the owner was unresponsive. Important to note, the point of contact only speaks French (no other languages as in the description).
