Disconformidad con el hotel ... no vale la pena el costo con el servicio que brindan.

La atención de los chicos del loby y del personal de seguridad es muy buena, muy atentos. NO VOLVERIA A IR EXCEPTO QUE LOS CHICOS DEL LOBY SON MUY ATENTOS ya que es un hotel 4* y muchos de sus servicios no estan acorde al precio.

LA GENTE DE VALET PARKING me mintió con el tema del horario del servicio, del costo y me cobraron 2 noches de mas. Recomiendo 100% ir a estacionamiento que esta a 50 metros del hotel que es más barato (vale la mitad que el hotel) y el servicio es muy bueno. Mandé e-mail que NUNCA CONTESTARON ya que en ese momento me tenía que ir a tomar el avión. Fui con un menor de 14 años, no me permitieron usar la pileta ya que tenían fiestas organizadas todos los días y que los menores de 21 años no pueden entrar. Me mandaban a otro hotel para disfrutar la pileta. Con la excusa del COVID (en miami ya nadie le da importancia) el hotel no te hace las habitaciones todos los días y a pesar de haberlo solicitado que la hagan día por medio no me la hicieron.

Hôtel trop cher pour les prestations et personnel à l’accueil très désagréable si vous êtes en famille ne prenez pas cet

La localisation de l’établissement et très bien ( proche de la plage et gros plus pour la plage privé) La fête le week-end est un plus à faire. Le lit dans la chambre était fait tout les jours mais pas le sol malheureusement ce qui est dérangeant quand on va à la plage. La piscine est très bien même si on c’est fait virer de notre transat en plein début d’après-midi pour un shooting photo.

Le personnel d’accueil est désagréable, nous a pris de haut. Même quand on leur demandait juste des serviettes de plage on avait l’impression de leur arraché le cœur. Le parfum de l’hôtel dans tout les couloirs et dans l’ascenseur fait mal au coeur à force de le respirer. Chambre vraiment petite et frigo qui fait énormément de bruit la nuit et beaucoup de lumière. Même pas une bouteille d’eau offerte à l’arrivé !

Do better.

I liked Yetta who was the only manager who seemed to know how to run a front desk and provide superior management support. I also like the younger kid with the gorgeous black hair who worked the late overnight shift on Sunday and Monday. He did everything in his power to accommodate us. Both were great. I also like the library. I love books and I am a Comms major so I found the liberty being the only chill spot on the entire property.

The property didn’t live up to its hype — perhaps because we came years later. IDK. Just seemed to be a dormitory for teens, 20-30 year olds. We arrived late Friday night. No bar. No music playing. No comfortable lobby to chill in. He bartender was serving 3 white guys but wouldn’t even offer me and my Cousin a pre-birthday drink for her 55th bday the following day. Dead.

I really liked it and would definitely recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel was great. It was close to the beach and the Ocean Drive but it wasn't noisy. I also enjoyed the pool parties at Strawberry Moon.

It is expensive, but that is not due to the hotel per se but to Miami in general.

Everything fine... except rooms and the price

Microscopic rooms, no wardrobe, no possibility to open windows. Seaview rooms are a joke, considering it's half a mile away... we got a 5 floor front-facing room and all we could see was buildings and few degrees of see before the horizon

Not a good time

The bedroom was decent and the soap smelled very good

Everything else: the equipment around the pool was really dirty, the restaurent was closed even though nothing was stated on the website, the pool area and bar was privatized for an event, the staff was not friendly. A huge sum of money spent for a disappointment. I do not recommend

Could not believe how small the room was. It had nowhere to put our luggage, hard to have two people in the room. Also didn’t like how late the check in was. 4:00 was very late.

Mooi instagramwaardig hotel

Mooi hip hotel dichtbij Ocean drive en Muscle beach. Het hotel was een plaatje, alles was instagram waardig. Personeel was aardig en boden activiteiten aan in het hotel. Er was een tropische regenstorm toen ik er was en ze hebben toen in plaats van de poolparty, films gedraaid en alternatieven bedacht voor hotelgasten om te doen in dat weer. Er hing een smart tv in de kamer, erg handig tijdens de storm! Er was een mega leuke standup comedy avond!

ik vond persoonlijk de sfeer van hotelgasten erg uit de hoogte, niet mijn voorkeur. Er kwam voor ons een onverwachte borg van 400 dollar erbij toen we incheckten. Extreem kleine kamers voor wat je betaald met dingen die best overbodig waren, zoals een skincare koelkast maar geen normale mini fridge. De kamers zijn erg gehorig. Er was alleen valet parking voor 50 dollar per dag en anders kon je in de public parking ernaast, die aardig vol zat.

Front desk personell and valet were extremely friendly and helpful!

"Small" queen bed right up against wall so you can only get in on one side and have to disrupt other sleeper if you need to get up at night. Bathroom is not very private and has a door more like a shower door. Oceanview is quite far away, you can't see the beach in this area and views are just over ugly rooftops so not worth paying for. Pool bar was open but since we were not swimming, there was no place to go to drink a nice, cold cocktail in air conditioning (inside bar not available). Tried to get a beverage at pool bar anyway but we were ignored and there were bartenders and no patrons at 4:00pm on the day of our arrival so we left.

Only location, but you can find better and more responsible and respectful places nearby.

Several negative points: - first of all, the hotel must decide between being a hotel or a beach club. The hotel guests are not prioritized in the main attraction which is the pool. The rude and impolite staff asked the guests to move out to a shadowed area far from the pool and covered by trees; - the cocktails are extremely overpriced; - the staff of the pool are not trained to give information, answering questions disrespectfully and lazily; - during the checking-in, the staff does not inform us about the credentials for the pool as well as the housekeeping under request (which is unacceptable in this hotel category); - the rooms are very, very tiny. And sink drain in the bathroom was clogged; - in a nutshell, this hotel screwed up what might be a perfect weekend in SOBE.

Disappointing

Do not stay here! When checking in for our 3 night stay we were asked to put a card on the room to authorise a €300 holding fee incase of any room charges. When we checked out we noticed pending transactions from the hotel of over €2,000! We questioned the front desk and they told us that ‘the system’ had authorised these but the money wouldn’t be taken. It’s been 10 days since we checked out now and these charges are still pending and the bank are holding the money for them. I have emailed the hotel directly and unsurprisingly had no response. We’re extremely disappointed by this experience and unprofessional service by the hotel.

La piscine est tellement chauffée qu'on peut à peine d'y baigner. L'hotel est quand même assez bruyant parce que mal insonorisé. Les pools parties sont assez nulles objectivement. Il n'y a pas d'ambiance. Il faut surtout espérer trouver une place pour se poser et finalement les mobiliers de piscine sont très dégradés et déchirés, et comme on ne peut pas de baigner, c'est assez vite lassant. Bref, l'hotel est moins animé qu'un hotel traditionnel, et on paie très cher pour une chambre jolie mais minuscule

This hotel is not as portrayed! It’s a scam!! Rooms are jail cells!!

The way the hotel is advertised is a TOTAL scam!!!! The rooms are NOT as portrayed!!! They are so small and look like a jail cell!!!!!! It took us 30 mins to check-in because there was just one Receptionist and a whole line up!! It was late at night, we were tired from travelling so it was just a BAD experience!! The Receptionist was doing a great job though.

The location is great and the rooms are nice.

The pool is basically unavailable during the pool parties on Friday and Saturday. The staff removes half of the lounge chairs and forces you to either pay $150 for the chair or spend $1500 for a day bed. This is a very poor experience for people who are actually paying to stay at the hotel. The pool staff is also rude and seem totally disconnected from the hotel- is it owned by a different company?
