There was no breakfast and the location was terrible a lot of drug activities and the general manager THROWS PPL PUT ANS TAKES THEIR DEPOSIT FOR NO REASON! SHE HAS STOLEN OUR DEPOSIT FOR THE SIXTH TIME! SHE TREATS HER STAFF LIKE ANIMALS AND SHE MAKES CUSTOMERS PAY $50 IF THEYOST THEIR KEY TO THEIR ROOM! SHE HAS A LOT OF FRAUDULENT ACTS GOONG ON! SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO RUN THE ESTABLISHMENT WHAT SO EVER!

You booked me in a CONDEMNED hotel. I can send you a picture of the condemned notice posted on the door. It has been CONDEMNED since February 6. I had to hunt around for another hotel and had to take one that was more than double the cost. You make it extremely difficult to contact you and obviously contacting the property doesn't work.

Three days before we were to leave MA to go to Hagerstown, MD we checked on the APM Inn & Suites site where it was listed as being permanently closed. We did not receive any notice from APM or Booking.com who we had booked through. We were lucky that we just happened to check our reservations. I don't know who is more at fault for not notifying us, APM or Booking.com.

I registered for the room on Sunday February 5th. When I arrived On Friday Feb 10 The building was closed. There were notices posted on the front door that stated that the building was declared "condemned dangerous and unsafe" and dated Feb. 6th. I never received a cancellation notice from anyone. I had to scramble at 10PM to find a room for my stay. Very poor experience.

The manager left her Staas and made them stay longer on their shift so she could take the housecleaner home. She interjected in the middle of my conversation, and didn’t even say excuse me. She saw me waiting in line and chose to leave instead of help the front desk. Very unprofessional.

The hotel staff treat u like ur a drug dealer they harras you disrespect you and they don't allow you to have company they harras your company they are very judge mental and just plain mean

room was genuinely clean . can’t complain for the price .
the thing I can complain about is the roaches . clean room doesn’t mean anything if there’s bugs in it . only got a picture of 1 but there were multiple I saw throughout the night so can only imagine how many are actually in room .

Everything was clean. All the lights worked this time. The shower worked.

No breakfast served.
You could tell at some point this was a really nice hotel but it was definitely in disrepair and run down. Sad to see. Just not much was being put back into the place to keep it up.

Price
Got to do something drastic to get rid of the roaches. It's not like its 1 or 2...there were at least 10 thru out the stay. Every where. My travel bag is still sitting out on my porch..just to make sure none traveled home with me. Very gross. In fact that stay should have been free...I understand "u get what u pay for!" But DAM!
