We were a group of 3 families, 4 members each and it was not quite easy to find accommodation for us altogether within a budget, especially during Eid holidays. We stumbled upon the property and immediately booked as their offer looked most pocket friendly for us. To our greatest pleasure we found the staff extremely professional and supportive even when our requirements were not beneficial for them financially, like making us suggestions about trips to places of interests and more. Rooms were clean and tidy, spacious and equipped with air conditioning. As we used the rooms mostly for sleeping in only, was very happy that we chose this property against many other. We recommend thiis hotel for anyone who is wishing for budget friendly, peaceful stay in Azerbaijan.

I can't say, didn't like. We stayed 5 days at this hotel and breakfast seemed repeated. I must say, the hotel kept on asking for breakfast choices almost every day and we were unable to make suggestions as we did know much about the options available.

Персонал неплохой, ребята чем могли помогали. К ним претензий нет. Руководитель убил своими логическими заключениями в ошибочной ситуации. Завтраки норм, кто-то писал ужасные, для такого уровня отеля, неплохо.

Ощущение , что курят возле твоей двери. Ужасный сигаретный дым в комнате и коридоре. Попытка отеля списать за кофе, который не пили. И руководитель отеля подытожил … мол у нас все правильно, раз на вас записано кофе, значит вы его пили…но мы вам простим 😎да блин, я человек, который объездил пол мира не могу заплатить за кофе 200 рублей??? Я была в шоке… спасибо, что не повесили ещё одну оплату за проживание, а то чек я тоже не брала и пожалела… такие аферисты. «Клиентоориентированность» видеонаблюдение ведётся , пересмотри сначала, а потом уже утверждай, что ресепшн не ошибся)))) Необходимо неоднократно предупреждать, чтобы убрались. У нас так и не убрались, просто вынесли мусор! Жили 4 ночи. Насчёт курева , каждый день делала замечание , виноват был сосед по словам сотрудников отеля ))) ну отлично, если вы разрешаете курить , будьте любезны иметь соответствующую вентиляцию , а не делать из постояльцев пассивных курильщиков. Сантехника вся течет или брызжет в разные стороны. Расположен очень далеко от набережной и всех достопримечательностей, если на машине или такси норм., но не вижу смысла, можно на набережной подыскать такого же уровня отель и гулять.

staff was very friendly .Specially bakhtiyar who helped us with ordering food despite being busy as our wolt app was not working.

Tesiste sadece resepsiyon personeli iyiydi onun dışında herşey çok kötüydü.

Apartman dairesinden otel yapılmış üst katta oturan apartman komşusunun çocukları engelli imiş sabaha kadar gürültü patırtı resmen halter kaldırıp fırlatma sesi odaya su istiyoruz kalmadı alıp gelelim deniyor istemeden günlük su bırakılmıyor çok ses var diye 3. Gün başka odaya aldılar klozet kırıl sürekli düşüyor pirime şarj aletini takacağız kapağı elimizde kalıyor takılmıyor yastıklar pis 2. Geçilen oda buz gibi klima asla ısıtmıyor Kahvaltı her gün aynı şeyi getiriyorlar lezzeti kötüydü.

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Staff gentile e disponibile. Buona colazione continentale.

Wi-fi non funziona in camera ma solo vicino alla porta. Persone che parlano ad alta voce di notte e si sente tutto in camera. Talvolta cattivo odore di cibo cucinato che entra in camera anche di notte.

wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück. Kein Pool/Hamam und Fitnessstudio vorhanden obwohl mit Bildern geworben wird. Rauchgeruch im Hotel. Wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten im Badezimmer.

Friendly staff, the breakfast was not too big, however everything was enough and very good. Room is really great, quite big, has kettle and work desk. The staff is very lovely. The price was really good (however, having the noise issue I would say that I would not pay more, even for the best room in the world). Had no issues with WiFi.

I would say the only, but quite big disadvantage was the walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING.
