La suite grande, con, balcón a jardín interno, mesa y sillas en el balcón, el hidromasaje grande y cómodo, silenciosa a la noche. La cama enorme, muy buen descanso y al día siguiente el más reparador desayuno.

Pedi por telefono cambiar de habitación antes de viajar ya que un amigo me aviso al respecto pero no se pudo

Cerca de todo. La ubicación es inmejorable. Un desayuno completo. Impecable la limpieza. El staff es servicial y paciente. Las habitaciones son amplias.
La cama y las almohadas necesitan renovarse. La acústica de las habitaciones de PB es horrible. Las puertas son de papel y dormir hasta tarde es imposible por el ruido.

El desayuno excelente, lo mejor del lugar sin dudas y la ubicación ponele, imposible estacionar cerca...
Los olores de la habitación, tremenda humedad en los techos, pedimos una suite y la verdad no estuvo a la altura de lo que pagamos, x las canillas del hidro masaje salían residuos y olores nauseabundos!

Location is good if you want to be in the center.
The rooms were nothing like the pictures. Very small, with very cheap quality soap, the rooms are too exposed to each other through the balcony. It was so inconvenient that I lost the non-refundable money I paid and moved to another hotel.

Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee was quite bad.

My room was very spacious, had everything, and everything worked well. The staff were very helpful, efficient and attentive. Location was great, in the middle of town and all the action.
Breakfast arrangements were silly, with no reason to those things controlled by staff and those laid out for self service. Fruit salad was fresh, good, but cereals were rubbish and full of sugar. What is so hard about offering a healthy and interesting breakfast, rather than white bread, sugar-saturated pastries? A four-star hotel with a two-star breakfast. The breakfast room was as attractive as a bus station.

I liked the room a lot.
You have to wait in queue to have breakfast and then order the meal. I understand that this is to prevent food go to waste, but the last thing I want to do on vacations is to wait for my turn to have a breakfast.

Good breakfast with many options, up to 10:30 in the morning. The hotel is clean and quiet, so are the rooms. Very good location near the cathedral.
The pillows are too big and too many, at least one should be slimmer (10 or 15 centimeters instead of 25). The minibar was empty (you needed to call the bar) and there weren't any prices on the room service (at least there should be a qr code)
