Great property and was perfect for us
It was hard to see from the street as there was little street lighting

Perfect for what we needed , loved the fact there were extra things left for you in case you forgot, special touch with bread , eggs and juice loved this, beds were so warm and comfortable, Netflix and wifi
Not that it was the property issue but the neighbours alarm went off from 4:30 am till 7:30 beeping kept me awake

Great communication. Clean & comfortable. Central heating kept place cosy & warm for our winter stay. Kitchen was well equipped & the complimentary extras of bread, eggs, milk & juice were very thoughtful & appreciated. Would definitely stay at the Hermitage again!

This lovely cottage is situated in a quiet street just a very short drive (or walk) from the main street of Cooma.
The host - Michelle - communicated everything well and the house was ready for us before our nominated check in time.
The house has lots of really lovely touches - quality soaps, heaps of availability for recharging phones etc, nice toilet paper, not to mention extras like fresh farm eggs and breakfast supplies.
It was super comfy for two of us, we had a range of weather during our stay so Netflix was an added bonus on a couple of stormy afternoons.

The sofa bed in the living could accommodate x 1 extra person.

I think x 5 adults is really the max the place can hold. Ideally x 4 adults.

Michelle was very nice. she provided us with bread, milk, fresh eggs and even colouring books for the kids! We loved staying there and highly recommend it.

Michelle is an excellent host and replied quickly to my queries. She gave clear instructions as well.
Place was clean and she went the extra mile in providing little touches like fresh eggs , bread, condiments, tissues, kitchen towels and information on attractions around the area.
There was also Netflix, BBQ facilities and a big yard.

Lovely clean and renovated property. Comfy beds and quality linen and towels. Excellent location, close to town but also quiet. Well stocked with supplies and fresh breakfast provisions. Great communication with host. Outdoor dining options with good bbq.

House was very spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, fluffy towels & lots of little extras. BBQ area & table tennis. Off street parking, walk to town & some great restaurants. Breakfast supplies, Netflix, air con, heating, this house has everything. Highly recommend you stay hear.

very nice -the eggs were a great bonus- i always take my own juice so couldnt use that -sorry. Also I had taken homemade muesli for my husband- on the whole the pantry was great and all the appliances etc
Chairs in the living room were a little unusual- hard to get out of .Nothing else .
