Ich stand vor Ende des checkins am schlüsselkasten, aber der Schlüssel war nicht drin. Ich habe alles gemacht wie aufgetragen, 100€ deposit bezahlt und dann sowas. Telefonisch war natürlich niemand zu erreichen. Und als Krönung krieg ich nach versuchtem Anruf dann eine Mail von booking.com warum ich nicht angereist sei. Musste um kurz vor Mitternacht diverse Hotels durchtelefonieren, bis ich ein Zimmer für die Nacht gefunden habe.

To clear your confusion, if you have one like me, this is a management page for several appartmebts and the owner will send you the name of it once the booking&payment havr been sorted out. We were lodged at Le Cabidoule. Bedsheets, towels are available at a small price. Location - 2 mins from the beach. Space - I was positively surprised how spacious the apartment was. One bedroom and one living room with an American kitchen. Facilities - there was 1 double bed and a convertible sofa, with nice dining & coffee tables, and there was even a sea themed decor. We didn't know this, but a fan/an air conditioner is a must, especially if you travel there with 30+ temperature. It gets quite hot. I had mine, but it was nice to see antimosquito plug, as this also is a must! The kitchen was equipped but we didn't use much, we mostly ate out. Bonus - they had some nice books to read in case you feel inspired. Overall, it's clean. I was looking for a budget friendly place that was descent enough to stay, and this appartement exceeded our expectations. It will be better than what you see on the pics😊

The shower cabin was really small. The cover of the convertible sofa had a visible stain. Isolation could be better, but Palawas is a very quiet place given that it's a family friendly resort, so isolation didn't brother us that much. The bed was overall fine. But there was à strange cover that made it à bit unconfortable to sleep.

It was relatively easy to collect the keys. The apartment was a good size and tidy inside. The location was good and the parking easy to find although easiest a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There was no road noise and no noise noticeable from other apartments.

I hired sheets and towels, it was not evident where these were and I had to message the hosts to get directions to find them. The sheets were not ironed which made them a little less comfortable. The decor was a little dated and tired but everything was functional. Could be a much nicer apartment with a modest investment.

A tiny flat in a good location, within walking distance to the beach. Great price. Access to the gated parking is great if you visit by car.

Keys needed to be gotten from a different place, but not too far so not much of an issue.

I hired the Sea View apartment, because the place I booked cancelled my booking for that night and I had to be in this neighborhood.One has to pick up and leave keys 1 km further. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required and blocked on your creditcard and one is charged 40 € extra if the place is not 'left clean' LOL. On itself I have no problem with that but it has to make sense. The problem is that the apartment smells and it seems that it has been cleaned with water that has already been used several times. The apartment is shabby and worn out, it was 'renovated' 30+ years ago. Worn cupboards where linens are pushed in, walls are crying out for paint. I am realistic enough to know that if you spend little you have basic accommodation, but I want it clean and I don't want to shower with the shower head in my hand in a shower with mold on the wall. I promise never to book here again even knowing that the owner offers me 15% discount if I book directly with him.

The location was near to downtown and to the sea (5 min walk away).Clean apartment and good view to the sea. Private parking!

I didn't like that after I paid the reservation, they input me another 250 euro warranty (money that they returned at the end of the vacation) for cleaning and other things and informed me that if I want to use towels and bed linen, they will charge me in additional. I agree to use personal stuffs wherever you go, but I didn't find toillet paper and soap (basic stuff) .Those informations it should be precised in the primary announce before make the reservation, and not after. The smell from the garbage can, and from the outside from the wastewater treatment plant was painfull. Otherwise all good. P.s. After you make the payment, and after you discover new conditions of stay you can't cancel to recover your money are gone forever; somehow you are forced to andventure the trip. All this informations you'll discover them after you make the payment.
