Location is great!
These rooms need to be soundproofed. You could hear people speaking clearly in the room right next to you and people above you walking around. For $166 a night, this should be improved or at least let people know what to expect.

The breakfast is one of the best around, friendly staff and very helpful. Put it this way when I went to the gas station and the person in front of me worked the check in counter at hotel and remembered my name from checking me in the day before, well that means something. Good people!!!

All the ladies upfront were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the facility and area. Room was very clean. Possibly the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking was easily accessed in a garage on the property. Easy walking distance to eateries and shopping. Can't say enough good things about this facility. Perfectly located for visiting our family in the area.

Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast was phenomenal.
Our room was an accessible room and the bed was too low. We couldn't change because the hotel was completely booked.

Staff was friendly. Room was ready upon our arrival. Staff accommodated our location request.
We stayed for 4-5 days. The morning of it third day, I requested housekeeping services, and initially, the front desk said they didn't think they could accommodate the request. Another staff member overheard our conversation and accommodated my request.

Literally nothing. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel! Location 10!...Staff 10!.....Breakfast 10! .....I would stay here 100 times over! SO clean!

The breakfast was good and plenty. the Location is fantastic right in the middle of the small town, only steps away from excellent restaurants and nice boutiques.
The pool. It would be better to have none, then one that's just a small hole in the concrete surrounded by tall buildings and always in the shade.

The breakfast was amazing every day. Tina was on breakfasts duty all 3 days. She was so kind and helpful.
The location was awesome because we could easily walk into downtown Greer. The shops were wonderful and the food was really good too.
The price is a bit steep.

Did NOT like "Booking.com" trying to take over my mobile phone. Will not use "Booking" again.
Use a different reservation engine to make sure it safe to use.

I think the location is great. You could walk out the door and be in downtown Greer. A very quaint and beautiful town.
