We loved the courtyard! In addition, the room is so cute! Cornelia took a 100+ year old building and made it beautiful and functional. Our room Langridge Lodge was decorated beautifully and perfect for our 3 night stay. It’s small and no tv. Neither bothered us in the least. Cornelia is the best Host we’ve met to date!!!

The location is nice, not very far from downtown. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Kitchen was nice although a bit small.

Room was pretty small and felt a bit cramped. Did not realize it was a shared kitchen but it worked out ok Your have to go outside to get to the kitchen.

We had a wonderful weekend. Alpine is such a beautiful town. Our room was comfortable and the property is gorgeous. We didn’t get to spend any time in the patio area but it would be perfect for a good book and a cup of tea.

We were left farm fresh eggs and homemade jam! The courtyard was so fun to eat breakfast in.

The location and lodging set up was perfect for our visit to the Big Bend region. We were centrally located for the various places we wanted to visit - Big Bend National Park, Marfa, Fort Davis, the McDonald Observatory, Balmorhea, Terlingua, and Marathon.

No complaints; it was perfect for us. They even provided access to a washer and dryer, which came in handy since some of our adventures in the park were a little messier than we expected.
