good location

you had to pick up keys from a different location. charged stupid money for early check in in 2 hour blocks.

- It took me 3 hours to get keys from property because nobody checked their e-mail about my reservation - I didn't get any instructions where to get keys from the property. Once I arrived to the property and realised, nobody was really there, called few numbers provided (as the main contact didn't pick up the phone), but finally was told to drive to some other location to get keys. I got there but found out the keys were not there anyway... I would expect some compensation for complications but nothing offered. - The pictures from the property are misleading as they suggest the apartment has its own terrace but unfortunately it is rather dark flat on the first floor. - The apartment wasn't clean. - Check-in terms and conditions stipulate you can use WIFI only for mails and light browsing. You would be charged if you watch or download a movie. - The phone number provided wasn't available for check-out at the morning. So, I just left the keys in the apartment but wasn't sure what to do.
