Because you couldn’t smoke no way near the property, you couldn’t play music to loud

Disappointing

The location was ok.

The fact that it took us 3 hours to get into the apartment. We was given two different door codes,which never worked. Giving two different lockbox code to get the key for the back door. Once we got the lockbox open the key wasn't in there. We had to wait for the cleaning crew to return the key to the apartment.

Cozy beach apartment.

Full kitchen. Close to the beach access. Very quiet. Newly remolded. The company that is in charge of the apartment was very helpful also anytime we had to call with a question they answered right away.

The living room furniture was all new but not all that comfortable. The outside looked like a very old building but the inside was very clean and redone. Just minor things that didn't keep us from enjoying The arraignments. Would definitely use again.

Filthy filthy filthy!! Do not stay here unless you just live wallowing in other people’s dirt and grime!

The location is great

This place is filthy. I let my son crawl around for 30 minutes when we first got there and his knees and feet were literally BLACK. The floor feels like walking on the beach. Sand everywhere! I guarantee they do not clean this place between guests. We tried to use the washing machine and it flooded the whole apartment. I called maintenance and they came and shut off the water but never mopped up the water!!!

decent small place just has a lot of minor issues

it not too far from the beach and the price

the apartment had no dryer as listed shower nozzle came completely off shower has a slow drain, so fills up as if your in a tub. sink also drains slowly one bedroom had no tv bathroom smelled like urine our parking space was taken has to park across the street

Terrible

the area

it was not clean we had to reclean everything when we got there the pictures are way nicer in the pics then they actually looked the washer was broke and leaked all over the floor the sink was clogged the shower barely works there were stains all over the wall and rugs the beds felt like boxsprings they didn’t provide barely Anything for us the bed spread was disgusting the Wi-Fi was completely trash and so are the tvs provided over all it was a horrible place and I will never rent this place out again

Stay elsewhere

It was close to the beach. Somewhat cozy

The beds were so low to the floor. Felt like we were sleeping on a air mattress, and the bathroom was so tiny, the shower was so small we could barely fit. absolutely no wifi for 3 of my days stay. Very inconvenient. No one fixed the problem or offered and compensation.

Very dissatisfied.

close to beach

It was dirty. I had to contact several times and send pictures. No hot water for first three days and had to run for 20-30 minutes to get warm while on a time schedule. Nothing to keep clothes in. No thermostat for heat and was told to turn up air conditioner. Back patio had dirty clothes left on it and junk and when that was reported was told it blew in. No way that happened. Kitchen sink and stove was dirty. No amenities at all other than across from the beach. Not in walking distance to anything. You could hear every sound going on outside.
